"No signage made it hard to find. At first, the hosts seemed sweet and very hospitable. They gave us dinner, and breakfast was good. We even wanted to leave a big tip.But right before leaving, they suddenly demanded 222 GEL for "food and accommodation". Our room and breakfast were already prepaid via Hotels.com. They basically forced us to pay an extreme price for a simple dinner. Communication was impossible as they only spoke Russian/Georgian. We felt deeply manipulated, trapped, and forced to...

"Unfortunately a terrible experience.
Arrived at night to be told, we don’t have a room. Didn’t matter that I had a booking. No sympathy or apology. Had to find a hotel elsewhere with a taxi.
A month later, and there’s still been no refund or apology. Very poor behaviour "
