"Two things I'd like to add for people that would want to arrive before check-in time... they don't allow check-in time before exactly 15h00. I got there around 14h00 and they would'nt allow me to check-in. We had to wait outside because there were only two small couch and other people were also waiting to check-in. Second thing, there is not enough hook around the room so we can't hang enough cloths or towels and stuff. Overall it was a good place and near the metro station."

"It was so clean, nice kitchen and bathroom. Very comfy bed and pillows. Very near the train station. There are nearby convenience stores, restos, souvenir shops. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommended. It would be nice though if there is an English instruction on how to use the washing machine. And also nice to have s flat iron. Overall, we are so happy with our stay."

"The place is nice. Room isn’t as big as I had hoped, pictures were a little misleading but all in all it was clean and well maintained. The biggest pitfall may be the inconvenience of having to walk at least 10-20 min just to get to a train or bus station. Also the red light district just to the right of the building(not very child friendly) but easily avoided so it wasn’t a problem at all. Staff responded to messages in a timely manner. "

"Room was spacious of 2 adults and 2 teens. Location was a 1-minute walk to train station, 5 min train ride to Dotonbori and Univeral Studios Osaka. Convenient stores a block away was great for drinks and snacks. The only improvement the facility needs is the AC. Rooms got hot and AC wasn’t strong enough to keep it cool. We changed rooms and had the same issue. However, the staff did let us borrow 3 fans and it help a lot."

"Close to everything specially the train station. Local ang JR trains are about 5 minutes walk...very convenient. Don Quiote is 5 minutes away for a cheap shopping experience. Everywhere you go there are convenience stores and restaurants. But the best part is they provided everything you need at your stay."

"Unique price and room friendliness. There was 3 of us total but could possibly hold up to 5 or 6 ppl. What we didnt like was that we found a big cockcroach by the front door when leaving the elevator but other than that nothing negative about our overall experience at this hotel/apartment."

"From Osaka airport take the train to Namba station(Nankai Namba) then walk approx.750 meters to the hotel/apartment.This is not a hotel per se but kinda like an apartment.usually check in/out is self service but instructions are clear by email.place looks exactly as posted.clean , safe, in the middle of everything in Namba.Space is big by Japanese standards.convenience stores, restos,shops, mcdo,wendys,starbucks,don quijote, BIC nearby.would stay here again."

"Booked 3 rooms, one had issue w/ AC but the owner immediately transferred us to a different room. The location is far enough to the crazy busy streets but close enough to walk to where you would want to go. Very nice place, clean and it feels safe. I will stay here again."
