The room was great. We checked in at 1:00 a.m. and although there was not anyone at the front desk the online check-in was easy, and attendant assisted us via zoom to complete our check-in process. The room was comfortable, and clean. We would stay here again!

It was more spacious than we were expecting. Everything was within walking distance, great location. The only issue I had was I think the building is beside some bar/restaurant that runs late into the evening. So we’d get lots of talking, laughing at 1am in the morning. I think that’s why they offer free earplugs at the front desk. Apart from that, I would stay here again.

We had such a great stay. The train was a 5 minute walk. Laundry was on the second floor good if you needed to dry clothes as there was a washing machine in the room. Heaps of food options as well.

Juso itself is a good location, just a short train ride for Osaka and has good range of shops and restaurants. Accommodation just a short walk from station. Accommodation felt a bit tired and would benefit from some maintenance, decoration, and a deep clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Minn Juso in Osaka. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring the city. The location was great, convenient for transport links and close to local shops and restaurants, which made everything really easy. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay at Minn Juso again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.

Quite close to Juso station. Commute to Umeda or namba is easy. Even commute to kyoto was easy. Few super markets and convenience stores nearby.

Great value for families a little out of the way. This property has a very limited staffing model so much of check in was done via a video call from an iPad on the counter. Made for an awkward and annoying check in. After that, though, we loved the place. Large room and comfortable beds for the family. Easy access to 7-Elecen and Lawson for bites and supplies. Great ramen spot a block away. Easy access to the Junso station, but we found we always had to take a stop into Umeda to reach our destinations. So not quite as good of a location as we would have preferred - but value was worth it

Staff is friendly and responsive, close walk to the station and lots of food options on the way. 7-11 is right there which helps for when you come back late at night. There are a few bars and nightclubs close by, however I never noticed any disruptive noise. Great stay for tourists!

We booked two of the family lofts and they were a very good size compared to other hotels in the area. Juso station is very well connected for the Hankyu line, since all trains stop at Juso. We were able to get directly to Kyoto and Kobe without transferring. Transfer is required to get downtown Osaka but overall well situated.
