Large and comfortable room in a good location

Hotel room was very spacious, which was unusual for Japan, but appreciated. Hotel itself was conveniently located near the main station, staff were friendly and there was a convenience store attached. Would definitely book again when staying in Sendai.

I loved that your hotel was close to a shopping mall and a 7-ELEVEN close so that we have something to eat . I would recommend that your hotel have more cleaning options. My husband likes your massage chairs. This hotel was great!

The room is spacious and many amenities including face wash, moisturizer and lotion, etc are provided. There was a tiny insect on one of the pillows, staff may pay more attention on the cleanliness. The beef tongue restaurant on the ground floor is a nice place for dinner.

This hotel is a no-frills property. It's clean and convenient, but cuts corners. Single guests like myself get one bath towel, one hand towel, and one pillow on the bed. The room has one bright overhead light, and one dim bedside lamp, offering very little possible adjustment. In summary, modest and practical.

Very close to the station. Nice and clean hotel, excellent staff service. not even that small unlike standard hotels like that. Nice toilets facilities. 7/11 under not that good but the station is so close.

Good - Location by the station, majority of staff were professional and pleasant, room was good Not so good - Check-in employee (European) simply walked away as I asked a question. I doubt he would have treated a Japanese guest with this poor level of manners. Check-in was a poor first impression, my worst yet in Japan but the stay was otherwise pretty good.
