"Generally very well appointed and attractive And comfortable. The bathroom could be improved. There’s no shower curtain so the whole floor is wet. Theswoop1@gmail.com shampoo and conditioner dispensers were hard to pump. No towel racks. The fan in the bathroom was not working."

"The dock is a beautiful and comfortable new hotel. The staff was helpful and the breakfast spread had quite a variety.loved the theme and the decor in the hotel lobby and restaurant, gave a very cosy feel. Our room as well as the bath were well sized and we enjoyed the well appointed rooms. Location is just a short walk from the city centre so not an issue at all. Convenient shuttle to and from the airport was another draw. The rooftop bar and restaurant had scenic views and the food and drinks were excellent. Didn’t get a chance to use the gym or the outside exercise area, but am sure it would have been great and well maintained as was everything at the hotel. Would definitely stay here if I visit Tromsø again."

"This was one of my favorite accommodations during my trip. The location is incredibly beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing, surrounded by stunning fjords that make you feel like you’ve stepped into a fairytale. I’m so glad I chose this place instead of the accommodations near the popular hiking trailheads, which were significantly more expensive. The room felt like a sanctuary—spotlessly clean, quiet, and equipped with very comfortable beds. There was also a shared coffee and tea station with a water kettle in the hallway, which was a thoughtful touch. The on-site restaurant was convenient, and the complimentary continental breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. A 24-hour Joker grocery store is located directly across the property, and there’s an EV charging station nearby, making everything very convenient. What truly made this stay special, however, was the staff. They were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful. Special thanks to Martha at the front desk and the lovely lady from Finland in the kitchen, who both went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They even helped me choose some fantastic hikes in the area beyond the famous Segla trail. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It offers outstanding value, genuine tranquility, and an unforgettable fjord experience that sets it apart from other accommodations. I would gladly stay here again and can’t wait to return."

"In a quiet location in the centre. We had a lovely spacious studio room on floor 3 with a sitting room and separate bedroom. Apart from the air- conditioning being a bit too intrusive, we loved the room. We loved the view across the fjord to the Arctic Cathedral. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room is a bit crowded if you don't go in early. The outside of the hotel isn't very smart- looking but inside the lobby has a nice sitting area with coffee and cookies. We would definitely stay there again if we could book room 312!"
