It's a block away from a pedestrian-only street in the Quartier des Spectacles filled with restaurants, pubs, cafes, and street performers. It's possible to walk down to the Vieux Port and Old Montreal areas, although it's a bit of a hike (about 15 minutes). "A couple girlfriends and I last minute decided to drive up to MTL from Boston for the new year. David’s place was available and absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, living area was big and comfortable with the open kitchen and the back porch was a huge hit even in the winter. It’s walkable distance from Old Port to Mount Royal, so it was the perfect location with amazing food spots close by. Olga was an amazing host and would highly recommend for people to stay here.
