"Great stay! Great communication and a beautiful space as it is thoughtfully appointed. Very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and a lot of pillows. As it was a spring stay it was a good temperature. But with the beautiful open concept it might be warm in the summer. A great location for our us. "

"It was a nice place. 10-15 min walk to metro. Frustrating that there wasn't a parking spot included, but we were able to find some street parking and use a parking lot 10min walk away. They were helpful and our specific unit was at the back of the building, so quieter as it was farther away from the main street. "

"The apartment was great and very roomy, the property managers responded fairly quickly. The only thing I would say is that the tv in the bedroom needs to be changed to a smart tv, it wasn’t usable, and definitely get ready to climb some stairs there is no elevator. So when coming with your baggage or a day of walking get ready for another strenuous activity in climbing these stairs. "We chose to stay in a non-hotel area and the Loft Jacques-Cartier apartment was perfect. Very much a neighborhood! Nice place. Super clean. Modern touches inside a historic building. Super comfortable. Parc La Fontaine is 1 block away. Rue Mont Royal just few streets away. Supermarket and convenience store around the corner. Lots of construction and a bit of graffiti were the only things that downgraded the area but the pros outweighed the cons. Will stay here again! "

"Property was clean in a great location. Check-in process was easy. Communication from time of booking to receiving door codes was wonderful. One of the reasons for booking this unit was it is listed as having 2 bathrooms which is what I was looking for. What we found was 1 full bath and a power room. Made it work but feel it is miss leading."
