The safety, location, amenities, service, food, nearby shopping centers, and attention to detail we received during our weeks stay was simply fantastic! The staff was just so warm and welcoming that it was hard to look for another hotel when we decided to extend our trip for an additional day, we gladly booked our extra day with them, even though there were clearly other hotels much cheaper. My teen daughter and I called this our little home away from home!✨"

"The room is a bit tight for 2 person but it has everything that is needed. The tolietries are great and they provide extra at the lobby counter and I thought it was a great idea to be environmentally friendly-that we get what we need. The bathroom is great. The place is quiet, west of the main shinjuku area but a 5 to 8 mins walk to 2 main metro lines. It is good to return to less crowded place after touring around. The best thing is to have a 7 eleven at the basement"
