"Absolutely loved our stay here. Staff were so warm and friendly, pool and view was gorgeous, breakfast was wonderful, and bus shuttle was so convenient. Would definitely recommend and return one day!"

"Sehr nette Gastgeber. Er hat bei unsere Fragen schnelle Rückmeldungen gegeben. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und unvergleichbar mit andere Wohnungen, die wir zuvor besucht haben, besonders in Frankreich! Vielen Dank!"

"Lovely room with lake views out of both windows, was a shame we didn't have a room with a balcony but we had lake views as promised. Room was always kept clean and the beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great which was a life saver in the 36 degree temperatures. Nice breakfast in the morning which was included so that was nice. Overall a lovely stay and we would return again to this hotel without hesitation."

"Fünf Sterne! Wir waren mit 10 Personen hier zum Jungesellinnenabschied und sind restlos begeistert. Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum. Das Haus ist super aufgeteilt, sauber und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, den man sich nur wünschen kann (Klimaanlage, WLAN, Küche etc.).Der Außenbereich ist eine eigene Oase: Pool, Outdoor-Whirlpool und der Blick auf die Landschaft sind unbezahlbar. Man hat hier absolute Privatsphäre und kann perfekt abschalten. Auch die Abwicklung und der Check-in / Check-out liefen komplett unkompliziert.Wer eine erstklassige Unterkunft für eine größere Gruppe am Gardasee sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen!"

"The manager (possibly/probably the owner), I apologize for not knowing, was amazingly friendly as were the other staff members. It was my first day driving in Italy and he noticed I was uncomfortable driving in the small Italy parking lot so he offered to park the car for me (and I accepted). He and his wife seemed to always be available to answer any questions we had about the area. They had a little girl who wandered around the lobby and snackroom bringing smiles to everyone's faces. We were not there long enough to take advantage of the pool, but we did enjoy the lovely free breakfast included in the room cost. Would absolutely stay there again if/when we ever get back to Lake Garda."

"We had an amazing stay from the moment we arrived! We had booked Hotel Augusta as our base as we were running the Lake Garda marathon, which finished at Malcesine. We had a hire car and were able to park up no problem with ample and secure spaces. When checking in, we were given a warm welcome and given full instructions on things like breakfast and accessing the leisure facilities. Onto our room and we had one of the most spectacular balcony views I've ever seen, overlooking the town, the castle, the lake and the cliffs beyond. Everything was incredibly clean, the bed was huge and very comfortable. The nicest touch was that after explaining that we wouldn't make breakfast on the Sunday as we had to be away early for the marathon, one of the team knocked on our door the evening before with a lovely breakfast spread for the morning to ensure we were well fuelled. It was lovely and completely unexpected, but really appreciated. The indoor and outdoor pools with hot tub were heavenly after the marathon. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone, but especially if you're doing the marathon! Thanks again for an amazing stay."

"Just come back from a lovely stay, beautiful views and very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was very spacious, comfy and clean. The sauna was great with a fantastic view, the hot tub unfortunately was too cold for us but they did explain they had some faults. The staff were really good at responding to any questions. They also provided a free shuttle to the town, they did only have 3 timings to choose from with the latest time being 5.30pm, unfortunately with a small limited menu we decided to eat out most of the nights which meant we did have to walk back in the later evenings or get a taxi. The walk back is very up hill with harsh paths and no lighting which was quite scary after a drink or two! There is a taxi service which the hotel gave us their number, they were quick and it cost around 25 euros. Overall we would definitely be back but would definitely consider hiring a car!"
