It's like a small apartment. We stayed in the family room. King bed sofa was wide and comfortable & we wanted to buy one for our house. There was a jacuzzi but we couldn't use the jets since the check in staff said it was forbidden due to corvid rules. You could still have a normal bath though. There was also a Finnish sauna next to the shower and it was excellent. Furnishings were slightly worn out but comfortable and clean. It would be great for summer since there are outdoor pools.

Terrible Accommodation Experience - Hotel Servic

The hotel claims to provide English services, but the staff insisted on using Korean for communication, causing significant inconvenience. Upon check-in, we were informed that the lobby would be unmanned after 11 PM, and if we had any problems, we could call the number on the name tag. However, as tourists, we typically only carry a data card, making it impossible for us to make phone calls. Despite pre-booking two rooms, we were assigned to rooms in the half-basement that were entirely different from our expectations, in stark contrast to the newly decorated ones shown in the photos. The most infuriating part was discovering a bee and two bugs in the room. When we attempted to communicate over the phone in both Korean and English, the hotel staff appeared intentionally unresponsive, even correcting our Korean pronunciation, leading to embarrassment and overall dissatisfaction. After partially addressing the issue, the hotel staff informed us that there were insect repellents and an electric mosquito swatter available for us to handle the problem ourselves. Subsequently, as the hotel staff prepared to leave, we continued asking about the bee still on the ceiling. He seemed bewildered, as if hearing about the bee for the first time, despite our repeated mentions on the phone. When we requested a room change, the hotel staff demanded an additional fee, despite the issue being the hotel's fault. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and angered by this hotel.

욕실 컨디션이 진짜 별로였어요 핸드솝 거품이 너무 심한데 세면대는 얕아서 거품이 안빠져서 너무 불편했고 (핸드솝 바꾸시길) 욕조 옆에 배수구가 있는데 그 앞에 쓰레기튱을 두어서 발바닥 불편..그리고 샤워후 쓰레기통에 물 다튀어서 비위생적임 벌레가 넘 많았음 목에 벌레 물림

퇴실 전날 입고온 티를 의자에 걸어두고 퇴실하여 복귀 한 후 프론트 전화하니 아무것도 나온게 없다고 하네요 너무 황당하고 제가 입은 티는 공중 분해 됐나요? 대응이 너무 어처구니가 없고, 또한 숙박 내내 윗층 소음과 화장실 구석구석 보이는 물때들도 보이고 다신 이용하고 싶지 않는 여행 마지막날의 최악을 선물해주네요

저상패밀리침대라서 어린아가랑 지내기에 편안했고, 넓고 깨끗해서 좋아요! 흐노니룸에 비해 비나리룸 욕조가 좀더 작고 베란다없이 창문이 작아서 흐노니룸이 더 만족도가 높네요~ 수영장도 넓고 직원분들도 친절해서 기분좋게 이용했어요.

룸은 크고 좋았습니다 그러나 조식이 별로입니다 저렴한 비용에 맞는 간단조식인건 그럴수 있으나 음료나 커피를 포함되지 않은것은 실망이었습니다 식사후 커피는 기본인데 게스트하우스에서도 무료제공하는 커피를 추가비용을 지불하고 먹어야 하는 시스템은 조식포함이란 단어에 속은 기분이들었습니다

담앤루 좋아요.

올해 89살 되신 친정 어머님을 모시고 숙박했는데, 가까이 약천사가 있어서 주변을 둘러보기도 좋고, 방도 넓고 욕실도 커서 편안하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 조식은 음식이 다 맛있었지만 특히 팥죽이 고소하고 부드러워서 어머님이 만족, 대만족 하셨어요. 다음에도 또 가고 싶어요. 다만 숙소가 2층이여서 보행에 어려움이 있는 어머님이 약간 불편하셨습니다. 예약할 때 1층으로 부탁하면 좋을 것 같아요.

작년에 제주도 갔을때 이용해보고 올해도 또 이용했습니다. 재방문이고 부모님여행 시에도 예약해드렸어요. 수영장도 있고 숙소도 너무 깨끗하고 위치도 서귀포라 좋구요 주차도 편하구 일단 숙소가 크고 넓고 좋아요~ 특히 방이 나눠져있는 숙소타입이 있어서 부모님과 나눠서 각 방 쓸 수 있어서 좋았답니다. 저는 매년 서귀포쪽 갈때마다 담앤루 방문예정입니다 ㅋㅋ 아무리 검색해보고 해도 이만한 곳 없어요.

저는 인터넷에서 많은 긍정적인 평가를 보고 이 호텔을 선택했는데, 실제로 이틀을 머물면서 실망스러운 경험을 했어요. 특히 외국 여행객에게는 완전 비추합니다! 먼저, 인터넷에서는 호텔이 영어 서비스를 제공한다고 언급했지만 정작 문제가 발생했을 때 직원은 계속 한국어로 소통하려고 했어요. 이로 인해 큰 불편함을 느꼈습니다. 체크인 시, 직원은 11시 이후로는 로비에 직원이 없다고 알려주었고, 문제가 발생하면 명찰에 있는 전화번호로 전화하라고 했어요. 그러나 저희같은 관광객은 데이터 유심만 가지고 있어 전화를 걸 수가 없었습니다. 이 부분이 이해하기 어려운 부분이라고 생각했습니다. 더 큰 문제점은 두 방을 미리 예약했지만 반지하로 배정되었습니다. 방은 사진에서 보여진 것과는 전혀 다르게 낡은 내부 장식으로 상당히 대조적이었습니다. 하지만 가장 화났던 것은 방 안에서 벌을 발견한 것이었습니다. 한국어와 영어로 소통하려고 했지만 직원은 일부러 못 알아듣는 척하고 우리의 한국어 발음을 지적해서 모욕을 당하는 기분이 들었습니다. 그리고, 호텔 직원은 온갖 무장을 하고 우리 방으로 들어왔습니다. 처음에는 램프 안의 벌레들만 처리했는데, 한 마리는 나왔지만 다른 한 마리는 여전히 나타나지 않았습니다. 한참이 지나서 호텔 직원은 우리에게 살충제와 모기채가 있다고 알려주고, 우리에게 스스로 처리하라고 했습니다. 이에 대해 나는 "살충제를 뿌리면 냄새가 나지 않을까요? 이런 환경에서 어떻게 잠을 잘 수 있을까요?"라고 반문했습니다. 호텔 직원은 이에 대해 갑자기 깨달은 듯한 표정을 지었고, 정말 어이없다. 그다음 호텔 직원이 계속 나가려고 하길래 우리는 계속해서 "벌은 어디에 있어요? 천장에 숨어 있는 벌은 어떻게 처리해야 하나요?"라고 계속 물었습니다. 그러자 그는 어리둥절한 표정으로 우리를 바라보며 마치 처음 듣는 듯했습니다. 우리는 전화를 통해 벌에 대해 반복해서 언급했음에도 불구하고 말입니다. 우리가 방을 바꾸길 원할 때, 호텔 직원은 놀랍게도 추가 비용을 요구했습니다. 분명히 이 문제는 호텔의 잘못인데도 불구하고 추가 비용을 지불하라는 것입니다. 이로 인해 나는 분노에 차서 우리는 호텔의 문제로 이런 상황에 처했음에도 불구하고 스스로 대처하라는데다가 방을 바꾸려면 추가 비용을 지불하라는 요구까지 들어서 이 숙박 경험이 더욱 분개스럽고 용납하기 힘들었습니다. 게다가 우리가 새로운 방을 확인해보니, 새로운 방의 가격이 처음에 예약한 방보다 더 싸다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 그럼 처음에 왜 우리에게 추가 비용을 청구했는지 이해가 안갔고 극도의 불만과 분노를 느끼게 되었고, 호텔의 행동으로 우리는 무시당한 느낌이었습니다. 전반적으로 이 숙박 경험은 우리를 매우 불만족스럽게 만들었습니다. 외국 여행객들에게 이 호텔을 선택하지 않는 것을 강력히 권장합니다. 이것은 나의 개인적인 최악의 숙박 경험 중 하나로, 정말로 이 호텔에 대한 실망과 분노를 강하게 느꼈습니다

시설이 후미진 곳에 있어서 찾아가는건 조금 불편했지만 나머지는 모두 만족합니다. 수영하는 사람들이 많더라구요. 온수 풀이어서 아이들 놀기에도 좋아요.

제주 가족여행

겨울인데도 야외 온수풀이 있어서 좋았어요. 늦게도채해서 길게 사용을 못했지만 저렴한 비용에 넓은시설과 함께 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 가족들과 또 들리고 싶어요
