This is the perfect hotel if you need time to rest and recharge. The cliff side of the hotel is so beautiful and they make sure to keep the whole hotel peaceful. Breakfast is good and the staff is helpful. I would stay here again.

My only critique is that the TV isn’t a smart TV. I wasn’t able to cast content from my phone or use my streaming apps, and the TV only had three channels available, with just one in English. Aside from that, the hotel was great and I really enjoyed my stay. If you plan to spend some time relaxing in your room and watching shows, I’d recommend bringing a laptop with an HDMI cable or a Chromecast so you have more entertainment options.

I heard continent noise in the early morning outside. Is this nessesary things bc of wild animals? Anwy, it pissed me off.. Dinning options are not qualified.. not meet 5 stars hotel. Fancy pool and kind service were memorable while I staying there.

1.Safety - bottom tiles of swimming pool needs to be repaired. Could've cut and got infured 2. Elevator smells like vinegar 3. Parking lot does not have indication whether it's occupied or not, hard to find a parking spot 4. Spent more than 30 min to get a taxi inbound/outbound. It would be great if Hidden Cliff would arrange a taxi service available for customers

에어컨이 아주약한 로비에서 체크인대기줄을30분 넘게 서야했고 숙소는 동네모텔수준이였으며 객실내부의 카펫은 쾌쾌한 냄새가났고 욕실의 수압은 낮았으며 문고리에서는 삐그덕거리는 소리가났다.수영장의 물은 여름임에도 온천수준의 온도로 뜨거웠으며 조식은 깔끔했지먀 가지수가 작아 먹을것이 없었다. 전체적으로 관리가 안되는 느낌이였고 다시는 가고싶지않은 숙소이다. 또한 전기차충전구역은 거미가 줄을치고 살고있었고 고장난지 최소 몇달은 되어보였으나 수리하지않았다. 왜 여길가지?

공조기 소리가 호텔 전체에 좀 크게 들렸음. 조식부페 식당 직원들은 더 할 나위 없이 친절함 인스턴트이긴해도 디카페인 커피도 요청하면 제공함 오래 걷고 싶은 사람들은 바로 옆의 생태공원을 이용하면 바다까지 이어짐

객실 컨디션 좋았어요. 조식도 죻았습니다. 수영장 물도 따뜻해서 자연과 클래식한 음악소리와 함께 즐기기 너무 좋았어요. 그런데 수영장 샤워시설은 매우 낡아서 추천하지 않아요. 직원들은 매우 친절햤습니다.
