The room was very clean, the bed terrific and the view from the balcony just great. Front desk and cleaning staff were very courteous and helpful. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed our time at Hotel Pino and on Jeju enormously. Parking was easy and plentiful. Having on-site laundry, however, for our length of stay would have been a plus.

First, the good stuff. Hotel was very, very clean, plenty of parking. It had an elevator. My room was very clean. Bathroom was nice with classic bidet, little table to eat and most of all, the location was great! It was close to Jeongbang Falls, walking distance to Olle Maeil Market, for a frugal yet delicious meal and great little shops and restaurants all along the way up - it is a hike up hill but some good exercise - and walking distance to nice cafes too. There's also abundant amount of convenience stores surrounding the hotel. The only minus I would say is that the area is a bit more of an urban vibe facing the harbor and Saeyeongyo Bridge - which is a beautiful bridge, but if you're looking for a beachy vibe, the west or east coast is a better option. There were several scuba shops right around the corner from me which I didn't do so I imagine that's a thing.

Hotel Pino was a great stay with an incredible view and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Its location made exploring town easy, with everything within a 15-minute walk. A solid choice for anyone looking for convenience and hospitality.

The hotel is quiet and clean. There’s a convenience store right across the street. The hotel is close to the harbor, and it was very easy to walk to various tourist sites. It’s also very close to Lee Seop Joon street. We really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed for only 2 nights but had everything I needed! The location is incredible, even if you want to walk everywhere, which I did. I ordered delivery one night and the process was smooth. Front desk helped me call a taxi when I left as well. Check in and out was incredibly easy!

The cleaning staff are very dedicated. The CP value is high. It is close to the seaside and has a good environment. It is recommended to add a public kitchen

Sehr nettes und höfliches Personal. Auf meine Zimmerwünsche wurde sehr Rücksicht genommen. Zimmer sehr sauber und mit schöner Aussicht. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Ich empfehle das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter und würde dort wieder übernachten.
