Great stay :)

Lotte city Mapo hotel is well located, with subway and airport railway at the door! Great view and the rooms are clean, the bed is super comfy and the amenities are quite handy :) and there's the swimming pool!

We had a very nice stay. The staff and breakfast are great. The rooms are very clean, large, and have great views. We were sorry we did not have enough time to tour the museum but the art seemed very cool. We really appreciated the quiet and the bird songs. Fantastic hiking is nearby and food/markets in Seogwipo are easily accessed.

Recommended!

Host was very helpful and the museum visit was worthwhile and eye-opening. A pity it rained and we were unable to visit its tangerine orchard. Nice duplex room for family and the shower area was nice with standing shower and sunken bath. One suggestion is to enhance the road signs to indicate Bom Museum as current signs say Jeju Cafe Stay and we had a little trouble finding the place on the first day.

Positives include breakfast, friendly team, room views - the grounds (which keep on developing). It's "not corporate" and is a "Pension" type property, meaning more like BNB, but more modern, less New England. I'm impressed they keep pouring more resources into it's development. After 7 years, I can see real marked improvements, along with the wear and tear of mother nature. I hope to be back with my family (3 young children) again before another 7 years pass.

Property was isolated and the building with Stainless steel door creepy . Did not stay at the place and left on arrival . You could only get to places by taxi . Took me over sn hour possibly 2 by taxi . Nothing was nearby . Gut feeling not to stsy do left immediately. Expedia needs to be upfront about the isolation of this place snd far from anything I wanted to see and do . So unless you want isolation this is the place . Otherwise avoid it . Choose carefully as if you don’t like what you see on arrival you lose your money therefore now out of pocket $670AUD plus my taxi fare there and back to central area which cost me another $120 AUD . Also lady at reception was none too friendly as I did not stay . Beware as now trying to recoup my money vis insurance . Will be very careful in future with Expedia

Room: Spacious with a comfortable bed and with a beautiful view of the ocean and the nearby small islands. A mini fridge and kettle are available. The blackout curtains are not doing a good job of preventing the morning light and there's no mirror in front of the sink which makes shaving an impossible mission. No desk to use a laptop only a small table Grounds: Manicured and well maintained, lush of green, fruit trees, art installations and an amazing view of the ocean. Staff: Amazing, polite, helpful and professional. Location: There's nothing within walking distance, a car is recommended. To get to the hotel, follow the red tulip 🌷 logo.

"A Peaceful and Comfortable Stay"

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The bed was soft, and I slept really well during my stay.
