"The staff was great, very helpful. Most spoke decent English. Rooms are clean, a bit small but very comfortable. There's a very nice lounge area on the 18th floor and an outdoor lounge area on the 19th floor with a great view. There's a 24/hr 7-11 right around the corner so it's easy to get late night snacks and drinks. There's many shopping areas and places to eat within walking distance. The front desk will call a taxi for you if you need one. The airport bus drop off at pickup is just across the street. We stayed at two other hotels around this area(due to flight delays) and this was by far our favorite hotel. J. Gaitan "
