"The view is fantastic, and the management is very professional and helpful before, during and after your stay. Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. The one thing I would take note of is that you cannot control the room heat on your own, because it is a pension and not a hotel. "The best hotel ever stayed at. Abundance of very professional, courteous, and friendly staff. Very efficient and smooth check in and check out. Rooms very clean. Ideally located close to the Lotte tower, a very nice park with a lake, many restaurants. Not very far from Olympic Park also. "
