The hotel is beautifully decorated and at a wonderful location close to the sought after tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the variety. One thing of note was that upon requesting some ice, I was asked to pay a minimal fee. In all my stays at luxury hotels, I cannot recall being charged for ice. I am not sure if there is something particular about ice here but you may consider providing this as a complimentary amenity to your guests as I felt a bit embarrassed for the staff...

Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.

It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.

Hotel was easy to get to by airport bus. Only about 8min walk from both pickup/drop off airport bus location. Close to two different train stations and close to two major neighborhoods. Easy and about 30 minute walk to Gyeongbokgung, King Sejong Statue, and Deoksugung palace. Staff were nice and helpful, especially with transportation questions.

I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. They helped arrange a car and driver service from/to the airport. From the moment I arrived, i have never had this level of service, attention to detail and anticipation to whatever i needed throughout my stay. We are so pleased with our stay. The staff is all superb, very accommodating, on top of great customer service. English is spoken here by the concierge desk, front desk, and restaurant staff. As an airline crew, I have spent at least a half of any given calendar year in hotels for past 28+ years. When I walk into a hotel, there are a few things I look for and appreciate. 1. Is it clean? I even check inside of room vents. 2. Is the surrounding area deemed safe enough to walk as a female? 3. Are hotel staffs hospitable to help with my needs? 4. Is bedding comfortable and clean? 5. Great hotel with excellent staff. The location is pretty good. I would definitely stay here again. My experience would have been perfect if it still provided shuttle services to Incheon Airport or Seoul Station, although I couldn't really blame the hotel for it. Overall, we enjoyed staying here primarily because of the well equipped and clean room. I would like to especially thank the professional and courteous staff members.

Our family enjoyed the family suite with bunk beds. There were good restaurants in the area and easy access to the subway.

Our stay at Solaria was great. This hotel is smack dab in the middle of Myeongdong. Airport limousine 6015 bus dropped us off and the walk to the hotel was only 5 minutes from the bus stop. We just as easily took the limousine bus back to the airport ( cash or tmoney card only). The Myeoungdong station was also just a 5min walk from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was well worth it. Great location in the heart of the shopping district, rooms thoughtfully prepared for guests.

The check-in staff was unattentive, not very hospitable and didn’t give us much information, just answered our questions. We asked for city view room, but our room was facing a back alley of a building. Other than that, our stay was amazing. Our room was super clean, beds were very comfy, the cleaning ladies and staffs during breakfast were very friendly & attentive. The location was great too. Walking distance to many places.

The hotel staff was amazing especially the night shift lady greeter. She was always smiling and I witnessed her assisting so many people of different nationalities with their questions. Having her in your staff is what will keep me coming back when I visit Seoul.

I liked how we were able to do an early check-in at the hotel. It was also very walkable to the convenience stores and malls as well.
