It was in a much better location than I expected, and all the staff at the counter were so kind and helpful. Most of all, I loved that we were able to stay in a family room at such a great price, and the bathtub was exactly what we needed to relax after a long trip. I can’t believe it’s only rated as a 2-star hotel — it was absolutely wonderful.

My partner and I stayed here initially for one night, then went to another hotel as it was close to a place we were going to do most of the sight seeing. Then we decided to come back to stay another night. This hotel deserves so much recognition- it's clean, the customer service is top-tier, and everything about it felt very home. We felt very safe and comfortable. It's in between the two main stations in Seoul. The location is great and there are so many restaurants near by. Highly recommended.

Hotel is small building. My room was small and clean. Ok for an overnight stay. It is uphill so difficult to drag luggages to the entrance. Better take taxi and ask the driver to drop you at the entrance. I arrived at 2pm (only 1hr away to check-in) and was asked for a fee for early check-in. I paid because I was extremely tired hauling my luggages from the bus stop to their entrance which is uphill.

The staff and service were great and there was easy on-site parking. It was easy to walk to the subway, and there were convenient stores and cafes nearby. The hotel room itself looked old and dirty. There were stains on the walls, coffee table, and bath tub. The leather on the couches was peeling. Probably won’t stay here again.

It's at a convenient location and it's close to restaurants, convenient stores and subway. On the bad side, the age of the furniture in the room starts to show and the hallway of the hotel is not cleaned properly. I could smell something weird once I stepped out from the room.

It was unique in that it wasn't the most easiest to find, but this was more than made up by the fact that it was a very good hotel. It was in the heart of Gangnam, so within reach of many places for tourists. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities in my room, and the staff were helpful. The only pieces of feedback I'd say is to provide some kind of hand sanitiser as this was missing, and maybe either non-slippers or a carpeted floor as I almost slipped a few times after a shower. Other than that, highly recommend!
