Have stayed here every time I’ve been to Seoul. It’s outside of the central/touristy areas but that just means you can experience the “real” Korea. Lots of great food options, close to both the subway and bus lines. The GM is so sweet and helpful. Breakfast is substantial. The rooms are clean. I will be staying again.

The service of the front desk and housekeeping is excellent. Reception staff speak very good English. Room is spacious with separate toilet, sink and bath facilities.It would be nice if a map is sent to customers via 24 na-gil instead of 22 na-gil as it is easier to find the hotel. It is easier to locate Olive Young and Burger King.

This hotel is literally near the old palaces, markets, lots of bus stops and subway station. Very clean and quiet rooms if you close the windows. Thanks for all the staff. I will stay here again definitely!

The area near the hotel is really interesting with a multitude things to do for fun. The only negative thing about the hotel that comes to mind is kept finding and had to kill mosquitoes in my room everyday when I come back to my room at the end of the day.

Charlie the Assistant Manager is very Helpful. He get out of his way to help and assist us . Regine one of the cleaning staff is very nice and helpful as well. The room is nice and clean the surrounding smells good. Thank you so much for the great accommodation.

This was a decent place to stay. The staff was friendly, but the room cleaning could have been a bit better, they didn't do much other than emptying the garbage and replacing water that was drank from the fridge and used towels. It was in a nice neighborhood with plenty to do shopping and eating wise and was conveniently close to the t station. I didn't have the free breakfast that was included but others in our party did and they were satisfied with it. All in all I would stay here again if I planned to come back to this area of Korea in the future.

I would have given this hotel a 5/5 if they had windows. The windows were so small, it’s a major problem for people with phobias and a fire hazard. The free breakfast was the worst in all of my stays. The bathrooms were nice and the beds were super comfortable. Had a really nice restful sleep and everything was close by. Great selection of restaurants and subway station only a few blocks away.

Room size was okay. Room decor was atrocious…. Some DIY gone wrong. Was passably clean but bathroom a bit old and grungy. Day we left the elevator was not working and we had to carry our heavy suitcases down twisty dangerous stairs. Would not stay here again.

Hotel was located in the middle of busy area with bars and restaurants. My room window had a terrible window covering. I was unable to sleep at night due to noise and light from outside. Nevertheless price was excellent and breakfast was included. It was a good value but wasn’t pleasant to stay there overall. The guy at the front desk in the morning could be more friendly when I asked about breakfast. Stay there if you have a tight budget and like to go out at night.

I stayed here for a week and was impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff were. The hotel is also in a very convenient location for the both the metro (Line 4) and the direct bus to Seoul Incheon Airport (6011). I had chosen to stay in one of the Basic rooms and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and well appointed the room was: particularly the bathroom, which was relatively spacious. The free breakfast was sufficiently nutritious and the menu varied enough to make each morning a little bit different. The No 4 metro line takes you direct to or connects you with a lot of the worthwhile attractions in downtown Seoul or elsewhere in the city. The nearest stop (Sungshin Women's University) is 5-10 minutes walk away from the hotel. Conveniently located though the hotel is, it might still be a bit confusing to locate the hotel if arriving at night. If you use Exit 1 at the metro, or alight from the 6011 Airport Bus, you will see a branch of Olive Young (a Korean chain of cosmetics shops) ahead of you. Take the small street that goes up to the right of it. Then take either the second or third turning on the right. The hotel takes up the space between these two small streets.

Convenient location close to the public transportation. Many walkable dining options. Olive Young and Daiso nearby. "Unique" decor. Friendly staff. AC unit in each room that we could control. Complimentary travel size toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, as well as complimentary shower sandals, bathrobes, etc. The only negative was that the plumbing can't handle toilet paper in the toilets, so there was a sign to place toilet paper in the bathroom trash can instead of flushing down the toilet. Overall a good experience.
