Great Choice in Seoul

We picked the hotel for the location and the price. It did not disappoint. The location is great for a tourist trip to Seoul and we were happy with the price. The room was comfy and clean. Thumbs up.

Nice hotel to stay at an excellent reasonable price for 3 nights. Wish Hotel manager put easy direction from which subway rather than google map to walk uphill and downhill. The nearest subway is Hoehyeon station exit #1 for next tourists. Request for more packet decaf coffee at the front desk.

Very good value. Staff cleans rooms daily, which was very nice. Couldn’t find where breakfast was being served (if it was served at all) but definitely a great place to stay in Seoul.

It says in the property ads, daily housekeeping,but the entire two weeks (+) that we stayed, they did not clean our rooms. They only changed our towels and empty the trash can. Staff is unavailable to answer the phone. The day that we arrived , we tried to call the hotel to get directions but nobody answered the phone. No breakfast available at all, even if you are willing to pay. . This made me sad. We stayed at this hotel nine years ago and they have free breakfast and it was a good spread. The property itself really had gone downhill from nine years ago. It will be hard to recommend this property to any of my friends and relatives.

部屋は広く全て全室禁煙のため過ごしやすいホテルですが、必要最小限のアメニティと設備になっていますので必要な物はしっかり準備が必要です。フロントのスタッフは日本語が上手で安心でした。

Die Location macht das Hotel zu einem Top Kandidaten wenn man low Budget reisen möchte. Zimmer werden sogar gereinigt, auch wenn das Bad scheinbar nicht Reinigungsarbeiten zugehört. Es hat auch garnicht gestört, dass das Zimmer keine Fenster hatte, da wir eh nur zum schlafen da waren. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert und dauerhaft für eine gute Luft gesorgt. Wir würden es, wenn wir wieder Low-Budget nach Seoul reisen wieder buchen.

駅からホテルまでかなりの坂道でしたが、歩けなくはない距離でした。 大きい荷物等があると、大変かもしれません。 ホテル自体は綺麗で不便さもなく快適に過ごせました。 地下の部屋で窓がなかったため、当日の天気などが外に出るまで分からなかったですが、特に問題はありませんでした。 強いて言うなら、部屋の電気を操作するスイッチが入り口のとこだけにあり、夜寝る時にスイッチを切りに行かないといけないのが少し不便でした。 お値段も安くて、安心して過ごすことができたので、次また韓国に行く時も利用したいと思います。

安くて快適

本当に坂の上にあっていい運動になりました。明洞まで歩ける距離です。 チェックインの際フロントスタッフの方が日本語で話してくれてスムーズでした。 部屋も綺麗で地下のため窓はなかったけど快適でお得に泊まれました。 シャワーの勢いが強くて全開にすると痛いくらいでさっぱりしました。 変換器を忘れてしまいスマホの充電に困ったので、日本から行かれる方は必ずお持ちください。チェックアウトも11時でゆっくりできるし、出張の際はまた利用しようと思いました。

The location was good, near to Myeongdong, bus stops and subway stations, restaurants, etc. But it is up a hill. The rooms need some renovations, it was really dusty so it doesn’t look like they clean it before we checked in, the room cleaning was bad, we stay there for more than 15 days and they never swept the floors, especially the bathroom and during our last week we had noise issues from neighbors rooms.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was far from pleasant due to the poor cleaning service. When we arrived, the room was clean however, that is when the cleaning service level went downhill. The room was not properly cleaned throughout the duration of our week long stay. Despite requesting housekeeping to empty our bins, sweep the floor, or change our towels/sheets, the staff either didn’t show up or did a rushed, superficial job. It really affected our overall experience. This hotel needs to improve its cleaning standards before we would consider returning.
