We had a good stay at Hotel Mido.The hotel is conveniently located near the subway. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and if you like to shop, Namdaemun and Myeongdong night market/streetfood is about 10-15 mins walk.i will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Picture is deceiving. Location of place is good for Myeongdong market. Rm 302 you can open your one luggage, so space is ok, room is clean but the base board for the matteress half of the wood is longer i got scratched a couple of time. 1 window but there is a neighboring wall. Basic place.

It is a reasonably priced hotel in a very convenient area. Most staff speak fluent English. We were impressed with the efficiency and responsiveness when we called about the clogged toilet. The only concern is the setup of the bath tub/shower which can pose a safety hazard - a hand rail on the wall is recommended to avoid possible legal liability. The overall customer service is very good. The employees were very helpful and attentive.

I felt very frustrated when I arrived around 9 am and the door is marked "closed". Feeling very helpless since having my family and my kid standing in cold weather and didn't expect it for my nearly 25-year hotel experience, I have never expected such things. Luckily I asked a local Korean person just standing besides the hotel and said they will open later. But we have 2 bulky luggages and luckily the next day we have booked hotel VOCO and they helped keeping our luggage even we would stay one day later. Except this thing, check-in and other arraignment is ok. arrangement.

The room was way too small for two people, we could barely move around with our bags on the floor. The air conditioner and WiFi turned off in the middle of the night, so the room was really hot the next morning. The wet room didn’t even have a real door it was a glass pane with a gap on the bottom. We were on the fifth floor but the elevator only went to the third. We ended up checking out after the first night. You get what you pay for but still, I don’t think we would have been comfortable in our room. Staff seemed nice but I would not stay here again.

Mido hotel is situation in the station right between Myeong-dong, I would say it's a prime location. There're also a few restaurants and a convenient store outside of the hotel. I must also reveal there's a lift to the level to the subway station!! Of course you still need to carry your luggage, walk the stairs to the track but using the lift will enable you to walk much less staircase :) If you are taking the bus from the airport, the stop to get we off is Namdaemun Market street. There was no hot water supply on the last day of my stay. I used cold water to shower (just half shower, can't be whole body). My flight is 4hrs flight time so I can wait until I get home. But I know it could be hard if it happens during a vacation especially in December. One thing I have to especially point out and compliment the front desk staff, the morning shift one in particular, they helped me to contact the airport bus operator and locate the luggage I left on the bus. The extra effort and attention is something I highly appreciated. To be honest, because of the hospitality and helpfulness of the hotel staff, even if there's no hot water, I would still recommend tourists to stay and I, myself, would like to stay there again. Because, as a solo traveller and in a foreign country, their great attitude to look after you certainly is a tremendous asset.

Honestly it was my first trip to Seoul, but it didn’t fail my expectation as I read the reviews from other travellers who used the service of the Hotel ! No doubt it is a small boutique hotel, staff are super nice and friendly, room are clean and daily change of towel without failed . Location is truly near to some good shopping places like Namdaemum market , Myeongdong street and one train stop to Seoul city centre ! Convenient store and local foods are stone throw away from hotel too ! Lastly I want to sincerely say my thanks to one of the staff Sunnat , without him helping us to pay in advance for the taxi , we will not be able to get to airport in time for our flight back home . Thank you Sunnat , and I will definitely book the hotel for my next Korea trip in near future !

スタッフの方も丁寧に接客してくださって大変良かった。 会賢駅からすぐで明洞やソウル駅ソウルタワーも近く観光にはとても便利だった。 ２泊したが、ハウスクリーニングに入ってもらった際リンスの中にシャンプーが入っていてびっくり（ ; ; ） それ以外はとても満足good また泊まりたいです！ありがとうございました。

La posizione è comoda vicino alla metro però la struttura, se paragonata ad altre di fasce di prezzo simili a Seoul e in generale in Sud Corea, è scadente. Le camere sono molto piccole, quasi da standard giapponesi più che coreane. Il bagno era di fatto una doccia con wc all'interno e non isolata dalla dtanza, tale che thrto il vapore usciva in stanza. La pulizia era scadente così come il servizio che rifaceva la camera. I servizi erano pressoché assenti. Il personale era molto cordiale.

ここはスタッフがとてもフレンドリーで、滞在期間中とても居心地が良かったです。 スタッフは、こちらの要求に応じてくれました。 最終日、仁川国際空港第1ターミナルへ最速で安価なタクシーを呼んでくれ、混雑する前に到着できました。助かりました。本当に感謝してます。 部屋は希望通りでしたが、浴室の電気が勝手に切れて困ることがありました。それ以外は、清掃もよく行き届いていて感謝です。 冷蔵庫もあり、水のペットボトルが2本入っていました。毎日補充してくれます。 タオルはフェイスとバスタオルがあります。 歯ブラシはありませんから自分で買っておきましょう。 玄関のところに飲み物を提供するカフェがあり、そこで談笑できました。他国の方とも交流できて楽しかったです。 隣には韓国のコンビニCUがあるので、そこで何かを買って朝食にすることもできます。 ホテルは地下鉄Ⓜ️会賢駅に近く、🚌バスターミナルも数分であります。 外国人用のWOWPASSという両替カードも数分で行けるVOCOホテルのフロントにあるので何度も利用しました。 南大門市場へも徒歩5分で行けます。 ここのホテルのロケーションは最高です。 ソウルへ泊まるときは、リピートしたいです。

Thank you Hotel Mido fir having us. The hotel catered to my basic needs as a first time tourist in Seoul - the room was always clean and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. They responded quickly as well to my questions whether online or face to face, and the location is accessible via public transit. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to install a shower curtain and to put a non slip rug in the bathroom. One could easily slip and get hurt as water gets everywhere each time the shower is used.

Room had poor ventilation, stains on bed sheets and walls, and dust everywhere. No elevator to the top floor. The only good thing about this place is its location. I would not stay here again.
