The hotel is well located. It’s very close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. All is within walking distance. Staff are helpful and polite. The facility is generally clean and very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will return next time we come to Seoul.

The staff is friendly. Finding the hotel was a little difficult. Even our taxi driver couldn’t figure it out. The hotel is in an alley off the main side street. The location was decent overall.

This place’s location is in the middle of almost all attractions in the Myeongdong area and you can do on foot. It’s affordable and staff is friendly. They can also store your luggage for free which is a bonus. I’d come to the same place again and I will recommend for others too.

It is a basic hotel in a good location. It was very clean. Breakfast was simple and served in a small kitchen, which sometimes felt a bit too crowded. The staff was nice. My room lacked character - just a few pictures would help. I think a bed side lamp should be a standard feature. Also, it would be good to have some notice asking to close room doors with care to prevent very loud noise. I regret not asking to lower the floor temperature earlier and asking about mosquitoes, which woke me up.

Avoid This Hotel — Extremely Disappointing Experience I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, or you may regret your decision. The hotel provides little more than a bed, with virtually no services or amenities. It is located in a congested area with extremely narrow streets, making access by car very difficult. The bathroom is particularly disappointing. The showerhead is installed directly above the toilet, with no separation between the shower and toilet areas. There is no daily room cleaning, and even basic amenities are missing. The property appears to be a family-run business that prioritizes minimizing costs at the expense of guest comfort, cleanliness, and service quality. Given my experience, I find it difficult to understand the hotel's high ratings and positive reviews. They certainly do not reflect the conditions I encountered. My advice: Stay elsewhere. This hotel is not worth the money or the frustration.

First time visiting Korea, chose this hotel for proximity to downtown and Hanok village. Great access to two subway stations, many restaurants close by, excellent location. Helpful and friendly staff, responsive with questions when messaged through hotels.com. Unless you are using the hotel to just sleep, might be a little tight for 3 people, but this may be the norm for the area.
