The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to attractions, buses and subway. Staff was always friendly and ready to help. The nice room maid kept my room clean. Breakfast room staff had good choices of food ready and front desk staff were always helpful. The room was good size and very quiet. The bed was large, comfortable and cozy. The next time I go to Seoul, I will definitely stay at this same hotel.

NewbSeoul Hotel is a great place to stay. Everything is close, our room was clean, they also gave us a free upgrade, which made it so convenient to have an extra bed space. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I stayed at this property two separate times. Both times were in the Superior Double rooms. Both stays the room was very clean and A/C worked very well. I found the price point to be appropriate considering the location and amenities. Staff was also very polite and professional. I found it was really close to shopping, great restaurants and can walk to the main tourist areas of Myeongdong such as the night market. Gwanghwamun Square is also relatively close. Catching the subway was relatively easy as there are different stops for the various lines. Overall, I truly enjoyed this hotel; and will definitely return on my next trip to Seoul.

We booked a junior suite and it was a fantastic size. The rooms were clean and the water pressure awesome. The rooms are a little older but it didn't bother us as it was clean and functional. The cafe in the lobby is worth the visit. The overall location of the hotel was great for both walking and metro excursions.

The New Seoul hotel is very convenient to many areas of Seoul well within walking distance. I found the staff very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, the room was of good size, and the beds comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will going back very soon

The staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. One staff member was particularly knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for food, shopping, and places of interest around the hotel. The doormen were also very attentive and assisted us with our luggage. We were especially impressed by their kindness and professionalism, as they politely declined our offer of a tip. The café offered a wonderful selection of delicious buns and pastries, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel amenities were also excellent and contributed to a very comfortable stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Good hotel overall. It was fairly central and easy to get to many areas. We had no issues walking and using the subway! The downstairs cafe was also great to grab a bite. The room was average - no windows (it said when we booked). The bed was not comfortable and very hard which was maybe the biggest negative. The room was very clean.

Had a really nice stay here and in a great location. Well connected with nearby subway lines, really close to Chyeonggyecheon Stream. The staff were all lovely and helpful (even when I was dumb enough to accidentally locked myself out of my room 😅). I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Seoul.

Great location, staff very helpful. The main issue we had was with the bathroom. There is a shower stall and a toilet stall in the bedroom, with frosted glass surrounding each stall. There is not a separate room with a door that can be closed. There is a curtain that can be pulled across the room to separate this bathroom area from the beds, but overall very little privacy. We often went downstairs to use the lobby bathroom instead, but it seems like they would close this overnight after around 10pm. Maybe ok if just travelling with immediate family, but we were also with a friend, so not ideal.
