I'm really happy with our stay here. The room is clean and well equipped for people who want to stay for long. Aside from the basics, it has a full kitchen with glass stove, pot and pans, tableware for two and dishsoap, kettle, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, dining table with four chairs, air purifier. It has washer and drying rack. The place is quiet and secure. It's almost next door to Namsangol Nanok Village and short bus ride to N Seoul Tower. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They even came help with tv menu past mid-night. The daily cleaning service is great. The hotel's large backdoor three levels below the front door is an easy access to the main street and public transit. It's saves us from having to hike up the mountain. I only wish that the card access for this door is all day instead of only after 23:30.

This hotel was walking distance to train station, airport limo stop, myeong dong area. Cleaning staff were very nice, didn't really have much to do with front staff as we took the exit on level 1 past the restaurant which avoided the front hill. Room was well sized and had a full size fridge and washing machine which was useful since I stayed a week. As the room didn't have aircon, we had the fan running whenever in the room. Communal kitchen was good with water filter and bins to separate the rubbish as opposed to having it in the room.

Generally this is a pretty nice hotel. It is convenient and walkable to subway station, especially Chungmuro station. There is a Emart24 nearby which you can get your necessities conveniently. Walkable to Myeongdong Night Market but requires you to cross 3 streets.

Hotels was able to arrange airport transfer. Check-in was fuss free. Place was clean. Gym was surprisingly decent. Staff aided us in ordering food, and printing documents with no questions asked. The only downside is the walking to shopping area and public transport. But the price was good as a result, so I can't complain!

Our stay here was just average. The location was convenient to transport and local activities. However the quality of the room and amenities was lacking. There is no sunlight as the windows were overlooking an enclosed alley nor was there any air flow other than the one fan in the kitchen. Bathroom was extremely tiny and flooded when the tub drain was released. This needs a major upgrade. Even asking staff for one additional towel to clean the wet floor resulted in two calls and a lengthy explanation.

Pros: roughly 4 mins from Chungmuro Station, 2 mins from the closest convenience store, 1 min from the police station. The gym was decent and clean. Cons: I stayed on the 3rd floor and accessed the 1st floor to enter/exit the hotel and oh boy those floors have that “old building” stinky smell that you would want to puke. There were hairs on the bathroom floor in my room. The female staffs at the front desk did not smile when greeting customer and when I dropped off my luggage early because I had an red eye flight, the look on their faces was displeased. However the gentleman who helped me brought my luggages to my room was cheerful and helpful.

Great things are: The front desk staff is very nice and speak English. The front desk arranged a taxi and shuttle when we needed it. Our deluxe suite 2 bedroom was very quiet, equipped with kitchen and washer/dryer. The TV was pretty good and surprisingly the Netflix worked. The housekeeper cleaned the room daily. 4 free bottles of water daily. The hotel is very close to Chungmuro subway station so one can travel from there. Close by, there is a GS25 and Emart. Walking distance to the Namsan cable car and Myungdong district. Seoul station and Lotte Mart are not far by subway. Minor quibbles: the washer/dryer took 5 hours to wash/dry the clothes. Due to use of air conditioner and washer/dryer, the circuit breaker would go off, and then the front desk staff showed us how to switch it back on, and we had to flip the switch several times. But it always switched back on. There is no restaurant or buffet in this hotel, which is not what their website says. But this wasn’t a big deal for us.

大人4人のグループ旅行で利用しました。キッチンもリビングも広くて、冷蔵庫も家庭用の大きな冷蔵庫、ガスレンジ、電子レンジ、簡単な調理器具もあり買ってきた食材を軽く調理もできて便利でした。 2ベッドルームはグループ旅行に良いと思います。明洞駅と忠武路駅の間にホテルがあり便利でした。従業員の方も全て親切で気持ち良く滞在ができました。

Housekeeper was awesome. The place was very spacious and clean. I loved how accommodating they were. Anytime we called front desk for help or for towels/Toilet paper, they came up immediately. Overall, great place and service. FYI - If you’re coming from the Chungmurro train and using gps on your phone, if it takes you up a red brick road, do not keep walking. This path is very slopes and hard to walk up with luggage. There is a much easier way to get to hotel, keep walking on the main road (pass the red brick road) and to your left there will be a police station - take a left there and keep walking and you will see the hotel after a few mins to your left.

The staff was amazing. The room was spacious, the shared kitchen was helpful. There’s a kitchen sink in the room which was nice. There is room for improvement in the washroom area however. The tub placing is such that it’s hard to avoid getting the floor wet when you shower, and there’s black spots on the walls and tub that are questionable.

I really like the front desk, they were so helpful and professional. I wish I could give this hotel all 5 stars, but bumper to the room condition. It is very old and moldy, it smells so bad in the room and bathroom has lots of mold. I understand Korea is very humid, but please upgrade your room, perharps have air purifier / install better ventilation in the bathroom. I really enjoyed the location (safe, quite, convenience...etc)
