We stayed only one night and were greeted from Paul, the owner very heartfully. We chose the hostel according to previous reviews and our expectations got even disconfirmed - positively! We had the pink room, which is very clean and spacious, the furniture has been chosen with great taste. Paul served us homemade cookies as a welcome (Madeleines - which were delicious). At night he took us out and showed us the surroundings like the traditional markets and we had dinner in a recommended restaurant which was great. He took great care of us and the stay was fantastic. So all in all, we highly recommend this guest house especially for internationals, you will feel at home away from home! Greetings from Alex and Chris
Perfect stay for my family of 6. A very cosy place for winter. Meticulous care by the host & hostess. The best part came from the effort made by host to contact us urgently when we left without our passports in the safe unknowingly. We have them all back. Thank you Paul!
The host of the hotel is very friendly. We came to the hotel at 11am and they allowed us to settle the luggage and helped us during the stay. They are good at communicating with varieties of visitors.
The environment is really nice and comfortable.
We will come again in the future!
Highly appreciate the service of the boss. He served special breakfast on every single day. We hold a xmas eve party that I never expect before. Kindly boss made the success of this hostel. Will love to live again if travel to korea next time
Overall, it was a wonderful stay — the house was clean and homey. Brekky was free and yummy. The only thing is — the hosts were way TOO nice. They always came running every time they heard a sound from the second floor where the guests stay; thus, it made us feel a little bit uncomfy and “suffocated”. I know the hosts meant well, but still it made us feel like our every move was guarded.
Paul and Jinny are the best hosts I have ever experienced in my 20 years traveling history!
We have booked a small room which was big enough for 2 people. Every thing there, including the public areas are excellent and well though for travelers (mobile WIFI/Computer, washing machine, safe in room etc)
Paul baked cake and bread for our breakfast every day and Jinny made the perfect cappuccino for me.
We did not find the bus stop to go home, even though Paul has sent us the message for the location. He came to pick us up and showed us the bus stop with umbrellas because it was raining. Jinny and Paul have taken us to the local restaurants as well, and took times to explain us the Korean culture and answered our questions. There were many things they have done for us that there will not be enough space for putting down every single event.
This is the best place for anyone who doesn't mind to stay a bit outside of the center but appreciate a very relaxing, comfortable with genius hospitality of the host.
Thank you so much, Paul & Jinny!
We will definite visit you again at your place.

Paul is a nice host. He provided healthy breakfast every morning with all homemade food. Homemade bread, cake, yogurt ..
The accommodation is clean and big. Around 20 square meter . Washing machine is free to use and a domestics hanger for hanging my clothes.
Cons: need to take bus from metro station, toilet and bathroom are outside a bedroom
My sister and I had an absolutely amazing experience staying with Paul and his wife for the week we were in Seoul. We were welcomed with great hospitality, showered with homemade snacks and drinks even when it was quite late into the night when we first arrived as our flight was delayed. The room and facilities were so clean and kept in immaculate conditions, but with a very warm homely feel to it, in contrast to the restrictive feel if you were to check into a hotel. Paul and his wife very kindly accommodated us with the timing of our daily breakfast, so we don't have to adhere to a set routine. These homemade breakfasts not only were very tasty, Paul and his wife also made an effort to keep the menu refreshed each day with different alternatives. Not only that, Paul even went further and beyond to help us familiarize ourselves with the neighbourhood, the public transport system to ensure that we can find our way back home, provide tips about places worth visiting to help us best spend our time in the city. We were so grateful that he lent us his portable wifi so we can utilize during our time outside, which was incredibly helpful when we were out and about exploring new and unfamiliar places. They even made sure that we were well-informed with options of transport to help us get to the airport in time for our returning flight, and Paul very kindly ordered a taxi to the airport at a very reasonable rate. This by far has been the best trip and place we've ever stayed with!
This place is fantastic, clean and very well done up. Peaceful and scenic environment. Host was really nice and very good service provided. Definitely will be back again.

This is a very pretty property! It has a large garden (backyard) that is beautifully maintained. The owners are very nice and go out of their way to make sure that your stay is comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast in he morning is homemade and delicious. It is very close to a bus stop that can take you anywhere. There is a bus from Incheon Airport to this bus stop. You can call the owner of Puzzlestay House when you are on the bus and he will meet you at the bus stop by the property. I highly recommend staying here. I won't stay stay anywhere else in Seoul!
