スイートの部屋を予約。どんなホテルにもありそうな金庫が部屋になく、お洒落な感じの洗面シンク、洗面台は非常に使いにくい。部屋は広いが使えないスペースが無駄に多く、部屋全体が狭い。2ヵ所の窓のカーテンを開けると目の前に隣のビルの部屋が見えてしまうため、カーテンは開けられず。料金に見合わない部屋でした。とっても残念

エグゼクティブルームを使用しました。建物自体は古い印象ですが、部屋の中は綺麗で毎日清掃とタオル交換、ミネラルウォーターを冷蔵庫に入れてくれており、不便なく満足でした！ ただ窓が全てブラインドで塞がないと隣の建物と密接していて日が入らなかった＆景観なく閉鎖的な部屋だったところだけ残念でしたが、概ね満足です！

3泊しましたが掃除も綺麗にしてくれて、毎日水のペットボトルやアメニティの補助もしてもらえました。 コンビニも近くにあって便利です。 ホテルの近くが喫煙所のようになっていて屋外でタバコを吸う人が多かったです。

This was my third time stay there. You can tell how much I like this hotel. And it’s true but the last time, on my second day, the cleaning was questionable. Because the sheets seemed like the same was the night before. And kinds towels too and it made me feel like gross. Sorry for the economy but I like it to be changed. And this time the hair was stuck to the hair dryer code and size telling sticker for clothes was stuck in the wall. I gotta say cleaning needs to be improved. Please check every details. I can bear with the sticker on the wall because it’s no harm but someone’s hair with the code is not acceptable

娘とファミリールームに3泊しました。室内も綺麗で駅3番出口から３分で快適でした。 江南駅が隣りで聖水も20分くらいなので、買い物や美容を目的とした方なら、便利な立地と言えます。室内のボタンで照明を調節したり、室内清掃の有無を選択できました。基本的にチェックインとチェックアウトのやり取りだけでしたが、スタッフの方々の雰囲気も良かったです。

基本的に綺麗です！ コンセントはベットの直ぐ側にないので延長コードを持ってきたほうがいいです！勿論変圧器も必要です！ フロントは日本語話せるスタッフに会わなかったですが大丈夫でした！ お風呂はしきりカーテンがないので水が結構飛び散ります気をつけてください 部屋でNetflix見れます カードキーは１部屋に１つしか貰えません ウェルカムドリンクは人数分ついてます 掃除が入るたびに減っていた分追加してくれます！ 駅から近くて便利です！ 部屋は暖かいです！

This stay was my second time and I chose tot stay 2nights this time and unlike the first time, I got a room with a tub n shower booth separate type and which was great! But at the second night, when I got back to my room, it looked like they cleaned my room but in the bathroom, like a tub was like the same as I used the night before. And they put a new amenity but I don’t think they actually cleaned the room. Just take the trash away and made a bed but I wondered whether they changed bed sheets or not. That’s how I felt. Then that made me think like the towels looked clean but they just hang? Or even the first night, they changed everything after the last guest had left? And the mirrors are not clean too. So I really like the location and the room but not sanitary wise
