"Kura kura divers lodge was a lovely clean friendly place to stay. The staff were so welcoming and warm with only minutes walk to the beach the location was good too. Its a super relaxed place to stay. There is a restaurant on site which is lovely and there are also many warungs and cafes in the area which are all pretty close to the lodge and are rasonably priced and great quality. We could not fault kura kura and will definitely be back."

"We had a great stay, the view was amazing both from our balcony and the property. The room was very clean with a very comfortable large bed, the bathroom had an amazing shower. "We stayed in their 'Jala villa' of which there is only one and it is unique. it has two bedrooms. Starts with a garden porch leading to a central garden with koi pond which is followed by a large living room and a huge bedroom with a large sunken bath tub and an ensuite bathroom. Each of these have their own garden. There are no other views such as the Rice Terraces which most other villas have. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the villa. The main restaurant is across the road which you have to hop across and is generally not busy and safe. It has amazing views of the Rice Terraces. Overall well managed and worth the 3 nights spent there."

"Bottom line is we enjoyed this hotel very muc! The room (A03) was cottage style and had a very old fashioned feel. The view from our room was a view of the harbour and Mount Angung. We could see the mountain top with the clouds below it and it was amazing. The shower handle was broken and the button to change from overhead shower to hand held was sticky. Aside from that the room was great! The pool was a 18 inches deep at the shallow end and about 1.2 meters at the deep end. There was plenty of sun for most of the beach chairs and seats in the pool for the poolside bar. The restaurant was joined and directly behind the pool chairs giving us the ability to transition from meal to relaxation at our leisure. The sunset can be seen from the edge of the pool but it is not a direct view. There is a dock at the hotel so if you plan to snorkel (which is why you go to Nusa Penida) then just let the snorkeling company know and they will pick you up and drop you off there. If you are a stay at the hotel resort type then this is a great place for you. If you want to go and the rest of the island it may be inconvenient. You can walk from the beach and town up to the resort but it is a kilometer walk and rough terrain. The drive is not a straight route and is difficult terrain but taxis go there for between IDR 150-250k. Lastly, there are a lot of stairs (a lot) This is not for walking disabled or those with health issues. Loud speaker was constantly blaring prayer music."

"Reasonable accommodation on Nusa Lembongan we had a lovely time with the family. The location was nice on the beach although nicer restaurants are right on the other side of the beach so quite a walk. The rooms were nice and the private pool our kids enjoyed. On our last day the main pool was really dirty so think there must have been a problem with the filter - other days it was fine though. We had a few issues getting our room cleaned which they kept forgetting to do - but when they did it was all fine. Don’t get me wrong, this is a nice hotel, but we paid premium prices for a 2 bed with a private pool - and didn’t quite get a feel for a premium hotel."
