"The hotel is really beautiful, you get the WOW effect upon arrival. The staff is the nicest people we ever met. I think is one of the most beautiful hotels and views of UBUD. The landscape, the common areas, the spa, the restaurant… everything is just amazing! Our Butlers were amazing, always ready to help and taking care of every detail! The only negative that we can say is that water of the private pool in our villa was so cold we couldn’t use it and, due to the high humidity of the area, the villa has a smell of humidity quite intense. The staff kindly gave us some incense so we would mask a bit the smell. Also, we found that it wasn’t nice that when you order a taxi, the hotel makes 2-3 times more money than the actual driver. Instead of just calling you a taxi, they pay the taxi and charge you for x3 the usual rate. "

"Such a gem of a hotel- couldn’t have asked for more! A little bit of luxury :) The staff were so welcoming, accommodating and courteous, especially all the servers in the restaurant. The food was exceptional! Loved the infinity pool too, the grounds are kept immaculately. My room was beautiful, plenty of space and lovely design. A wonderful stay."

It was our special anniversary vacation, and this team went out of their way to make sure every aspect of our visit went as smoothly as possible. They are all kind and warm in their interactions with guests and provided vast knowledge of tour packages and local amenities which made our stay smooth and interesting. The Villas are kept in wonderful condition and are set in a very private, relaxing and scenic environment. While this Villa only has a couple of rooms with views. What sets our stay apart here was the warm and excellent care of our team on our visit each and every day without exception. The kitchen staff go out of their way to ensure the food is delicious and might even mix up the menu for you if you stay long enough to keep things interesting. Shuttles and poolside massages are all well organized in a timely manner. Thanks again for a wonderful and memorable visit! We are sure to recommend this resort to our friends and family for a relaxing stay in the Ubud area. It's in a prime location near the centre of Ubud and is in a great location to reach most attractions on the entire island of Bali in a reasonable time. We hope to return here in the near future. "If you are coming for elephants, you are going to be very happy! There are currently 24 elephants and the opportunities for interaction are excellent. If you are coming for the opportunity to experience the ultimate in luxury, you could be a little disappointed. But you will not be disappointed in the staff! So set your expectations for elephants, and enjoy your stay! The gardening is beautiful, but the air conditioning and dining could be a little bit stronger."
