"Someone was fixing their car right outside our motel room door. Others had set up an outdoor bbq/party area and partied loudly all night in the parking lot. The room had not been vacuumed in a long time. Leaves had blown in where the door did not seal. Expedia price was significantly higher than the price at the motel. Ice machine did not work. One pillow did not have a pillowcase but the front staff did find one for us. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean."

It is modernized but I loved the old family homestead feel you can see and hear throughout the house. Every place we needed to go was within a 5 to 10 minute drive."

"This was my second time staying in this house. It is a great option for a family who wants to stay together in the Sergeant Bluff/Sioux City area. This last visit was for a family funeral and we liked being together in a comfortable setting. It is easy to get around with some great amenities and food options nearby. Brad is always easy to communicate with. I recommend it."
