Lovely stylish house, newly renovated. Located in the historic center of Sérignan, a small french village close to the Canal du Midi and at the Mediterranean Sea. From a modern art museum to concerts, farmer markets to restaurants, beaches and the sea - you have it all. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Best place to enjoy the french lifestyle with great food, nature and the sea! The house is equipped with all you need for a longer stay. It's right next to a big free parking under camera surveillance. We live right next to the house, so we are always around if you have any questions. We are happy to recommend restaurants, bike tours for every skill level, touristic highlights of the region and of course the best beaches of Sérignan. Serignan is an animated and peaceful village with a nice central place where you will find several very good restaurants and a market with fresh local products every other day. In the city you have organic stores, pharmacies and big super markets. You'll find natural beaches which are not overrun and the famous Canal du Midi in the neighborhood. Beautiful cities like Beziers, Montpellier, Pezenas, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, Carcassone, Collioure and many others places are easy to reach. You can reach all you need by foot, bicycle or car. There is a bus which takes you to the beaches or the next bigger town, Beziers. The airport of Beziers and the TGV station are just 10 minutes away, just like the junction of the A9 and the A75 if you come by car.
