"I rarely leave a review, but I felt I had to warn others. I checked in and witnessed three power cuts while standing at the front desk. The room had the worst, most inefficient air conditioning I have ever experienced, and it cut out during each power cut. The room became unbearably hot, which ruined my sleep for all three nights. "This is budget friendly accommodation. Staff were friendly including the very cute kitten at the front door. We only stayed 1 night to visit land of the legends. It was very close to the theme park."

"The room is very bad not clean and very old dirty furniture. The reception is terrible and not helpful at all. Many negative things in the resort. The timing of everything is not right and they seem to not want you to join any activity. Registration duration window is 25 mins. If you miss then you can not join the activity."

"So beautiful and very luxurious hotel, but most employees don't speak English ... again very beautiful accommodation"
