Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche im Sy Hotels, wär gerne abschalten möchte und auf Hygiene großen Wert legt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nachteil: Leider gibt es in der Umgebung nicht genug Auswahl an z.B. Bars wie man es von Side kennt, bis auf Land of Legends. Der Strand war auch sehr schön und ruhig, an den Poolbereichen sind dagegen mehr Auswahl und gute Musik. Besonders nett fanden wir Zehra an der Strandbar, sie war uns gegenüber äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir würden nochmal herkommen.

Konakladığımız oda son derece konforlu ve temizdi. Otelin her köşesi – lobi, restoran, ortak alanlar – hijyen açısından kusursuzdu. Personel hem çok profesyonel hem de güler yüzlüydü, her ihtiyacımızla yakından ilgilendiler. Yemekler ise gerçekten muazzamdı; hem çeşitlilik açısından çok zengindi hem de lezzet olarak beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Der Aufenthalt war ok, wir würden uns aber nicht nochmal für dieses Hotel entscheiden. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren nicht ganz freundlich. Man hat sich auch beim Check-in nicht direkt wohlgefühlt. Ein fetter Minuspunkt geht ebenfalls an die Reinigungskräfte der Zimmer. Das Zimmer wurde kein Tag gründlich gereinigt. Außerdem würden wir raten, alle Wertsachen im Safe zu lagern. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die Mitarbeiter von der Reinigung mehr die privaten Sachen durchschaut haben, als das Zimmer zu reinigen. Außerdem hatten wir eine kleine Tasche in einer Handtasche mit Liras, die wir nicht im Safe gelagert hatten, da es „nur“ um die 1000 Lira waren. Am letzten Tag ist uns aufgefallen, dass die Liras weniger wurden (wir haben kein Geld ausgegeben, oder gar die Tasche angefasst. Die Minibar wurde gefühlt nach Lust und Laune aufgefüllt. Die Bettwäsche wurde nicht einmal während des Aufenthaltes gewechselt. Das „Hoteleigene Strand“ ist zwar sauber und schön, jedoch wird diese nicht nur von Hotelgästen benutzt. Man hat sich manchmal echt unwohl und unsicher gefühlt. Außerdem ist das Hotel wohl noch ganz neu. Wir haben Verständnis, dass noch nicht alles perfekt ist. Jedoch ist das kein Grund dafür, um 1 Uhr in der Nacht bohren zu müssen. Das Hotel punktet eigentlich nur mit Land of Legends. Außerdem waren vom Personal her die liebe Arzu und die Nehir sehr sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und liebevoll. Diese sind der Arbeit sichtbar mit Herz und Leidenschaft nachgegangen.

Heel erg beperkte eten. Sommige dagen gered met 1 verschillende eten anders hadden we nog honger. Zeer beperkte keuzes. Daarvoor heel erg teleurgesteld. De rest intereur heel erg mooi, nieuw geopende hotel.

Nehir die dame an der reception macht ihren job sehr sehr gut. Sie hat uns das ganze hotelanlage gezeigt und a la carte restaurant organisiert. Sie ist super👍
