They helped us book tours, gave us names of great local eats, and even allowed us to check out at 4pm so that we would have enough time to visit one more waterfall, come back to the hotel and shower before leaving. "Amazing hotel, my wife and I stayed in a villa which was huge with huge bedroom, bathroom and a big swimming pool however they forgot to put a curtain on one of the windows in the bathroom and no air conditioning in the bathroom, it is like a sauna."
