Smiles are everywhere, and if you’re a fan of Cheers, this truly feels like a place where everyone knows your name. The attentiveness is seamless—leave for breakfast, and your room is perfectly refreshed before you return. The food is exceptional. The restaurant is Michelin-level, and the bakery is outstanding—the croissants are perfect, and the pain au chocolat (pound chocolate) is incredible. Communication is also top-tier. Through WhatsApp, the team shares real-time updates on events, activities, weather, and local conditions—always proactive and reassuring. What stood out most was their care when we became sick. The team checked in constantly, offering tea, water, and anything we needed. They even arranged a doctor to come directly to our villa—professional, knowledgeable, and seamless. The property itself is stunning—lush jungle views, a serene pool, beautiful rooms, spa, gym, and unique funiculars with friendly operators always ready to help. But ultimately, it’s the people who make this place special. When we left, staff—including the manager—came out to wave goodbye. We weren’t ready to go. Sometimes, it’s the family you make along the way—and here, you truly find one."

"An all around great experience. We were there during the rainy season, so while we didn’t see a lot of sun, there was a lot to keep us happy: terrific food, especially the breakfasts, lovely staff, and loads of activities to keep us busy. Really recommend the trip to the waterfalls as well as the sustainability tour around the plantation. A perfect example of how well they take care of their guests was when we had to have our dehumidifier replaced because it wasn’t working. It was done very promptly and to make up for the inconvenience (and it really was hardly an inconvenience at all!) they gave us a voucher for both of us to have a full Balinese massage which was heavenly.
