Mooie plek

Prettig appartement 'Italian style'. Heerlijk zwembad. Nauwelijks privacy omdat je de ingang deelt met de buren en je ook het terras met de buren deelt. In ons geval hadden we twee gezellige en leuke gezinnen als buren maar ze waren nogal 'aanwezig'. Totale oordeel is voldoende maar het appartement is wel wat overpriced. Verder zou de eigenaresse meer actief service kunnen bieden bijvoorbeeld fietsen verhuren of broodjesservice

Au calme dans la campagne toscane

Jolie propriété proche de Pise et Florence et de plusieurs charmants villages toscans. La piscine est formidable pour se relaxer après les visites. La propriétaire est très gentille et nous a donné pleins de conseils pour nos visites.

Okayish but needs some attention.

Apartment is ok but the shower curtain is out of time a cabin would be much more convenient, toilet has brown stains looks disgusting, no microwave, no oven, no toaster, swimming pool area could have some updates like flowers and nicer seats, the 25euro per person cleaning fee is crazy cause the size of the apartment stays the same we were with 6 ppl so way to expensive! Water of swimming pool is way to cold even during daytime 35c air temperature. Refrigerator is old and worn of. This is not a 4star apartment. So my rate would be a 2-3 max.
