The property is located in a great spot, within walking distance of the port, just a short drive from the airport, and surrounded by many restaurants. "The price is advantageous; the position is attractive; the quality of the renovated space is very high. A third floor walk-up isn't ideal for everyone, but posed no difficulties. The only aspect of the week-long stay that wasn't perfect is that I found only two Nespresso capsules waiting for me, only enough for one day. All in all, very close to ideal!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was very clean & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy/smooth check-in & check-out. Mattress & pillows were very comfortable. "Adecuada para visitar Cagliari y alrededores, Bien equipada, muy amplia y muy limpia.La atención del propietario muy buena. Como inconveniente no dispone de parking propio pero no tuvimos gran problema en aparcar por los alrededores en Agosto. "

"Pros: Nächster größerer Ort in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Netter unkomplizierter Vermieter. Sauberes Bad. Cons: Sauberkeit in der Küche, hauptsächlich in den Schränken. Mückenschutz am Fenster im Bad kaputt. Das Nebengebäude (zweite Küche, Grillstelle) ist eher eine schmuddelige Abstellkammer. Je nach Windrichtung hört man die Straße recht laut."

"Perfect location midway between the port and the archeological museum (highly recommended btw). Andreas the owner / manager gave clear, thoughtful instructions. I wasn't feeling well and he arranged to have our room ready two hours early. Great advice on restauranrs :). Our double room was very large. Could easily stay for a week. Will stay here again next time in Cagliari. Highly reccommend."
