The villa offers everything you need for a comfortable stay and it is a nice walk to the sea. The host responds very fast in case you need anything. As it can be windy in this time of year, it can be the case that the pool is not getting heated to its’ full potential, but those windy periods are mostly only a couple of days. If you book the villa before mid-June, be aware of the fact that the until that time, it is allowed for builders to work in the area. The amenities were nice, but it was too cold to use the pool at this time of year, especially since the pool was unheated. The sun and hot tub are by appointment which makes for a relaxing environment. We booked the rooms with terraces and felt that they were agreed value with nice views, outdoor furniture, and outdoor shower. "
