"The hotel was clean and the food was good but there was just a lack of service. For example they didn’t even provide water and at dinner they charged for it. The staff hardly said good morning/night or a hello. Apart from that it was very good."

"Tent Palmanova exceeded my expectations. Clean, order amongst guests, and super helpful staff. Extended brunch is excellent, and the 24/7 self Laundry was extremely helpful for me. Starbucks coffee served in the bar which was superb 👌as an early riser, I loved the option of having coffee prior to breakfast and which begins at 8am, without having to leave the property. Would definitely recommend."

"They charge for the use of room safe. Which I have never experienced in any country. They do not change pool towels even when they are dirty and you are staying for 7 nights. Parking they charge Euro 20 a day. Room is not cleaned properly nor is the bathroom."
