"This property is absolutely wonderful. The instructions to find it were very clear and easy. The apartment is large, there was only two of us but even with 4 there would be plenty of space. "Great location, giving diff options for evenings out, short walk to the marina, then onto Cala d’or centre or over to Cala egos. Beach mile away. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, well equipped apartment. "We really recommend others to stay at this apartment close to Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia. Nice apartment with all necessary equipment, good airconditioning and a really nice terrace to enjoy your meals. Minor downside is that the apartment is facing a big road with trucks and busses passing throughout the day. Otherwise, we would definitely love to come back."

"The property is a bit shabby, This could be easily rectified with a tidy up and a lick of white paint. There were a number of faults, coffee pot not working, tv not working, oven not working and no shower curtain. But once reported all (but the cooker) were repaired and replaced within 20 mins. There is no useful information in the accomodation that would have helped us to find our way around, however the position of it is fantastic. Over looking the sea. "The apartment itself met our expectations. Bedrooms small but ok for a week. On check-in we were hot and thirsty. We would have appreciated a bottle of water to have been waiting in the fridge ! Nothing to make a drink,which was frustrating. Anyway....the pictures made it appear the apartment was overlooking the pool,in fact it was a short walk away from our block. Also,su beds but no parasols which for a fairskinned woman like me was a little off putti g. Wasnt going to pay out for one just...

"This is our 2nd time staying at this apartment and we had another enjoyable stay. We love the position of the apartment with a fantastic view of the sea, pool and the evening entertainment stage. The apartment is clean and tidy and a great size for a family of 4. Access to the apartment is easy via the key safe. The owner Adrian is friendly and helpful and even tried to assist us with finding alternative accommodation when our flight home was cancelled. Highly recommend this host and his lovely...

"Einfach ausgestattetes Apparment mit sehr schönem Meerblick. Direkt vor dem Appartment ungepflegte Gartenanlage . Offensichtlich befindet sich das Restaurant im Umbau. Deswegen ( provisorische?) Versorgung aus einem umgebauten Wohnmobil . Kein Toaster, Salz und Pfeffer. Badewanne sehr unansehnlich mit nachlaufenden Plastevorhang. Großer Balkon wird durch eine sehr unansehnliche, extrem laute Klimaanlage verunstaltet. Parkplatzsituation katastrophal. Alles in allem viel, viel zu teuer."

"Well had a lovely stay at the apartment. Its located over 3 levels with a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment entrance. It has a well equipped kitchen which we cooked in regularly. The kitchen leads to an open plan dining and siting room which then leads to a spacious terrace. The first floor has a modernised bathroom and 2 bedrooms with Comfortable beds. The excellent double glazing throughout means we had excellant sleep every night with no background noise. The A/C is excellent and...

"My friend and I stayed in the top apartment 3a. Cozy apartment for 2 people only. Start with the positives. Fab complex, well looked after and maintained. Pools lovely. Supermarket 5 mins walk as are the lovely bars and restaurants. 15 mins walk to the gorgeous marina with lovely bars & restaurants. "Es war einfach alles bedtens. Wir kommen schon seit einigen Jahren nach Cala Santanyi und es ist immer wieder Traumhaft die Bucht, das Essen, die Cafe's und Restaurants ringsum sind einfach lecker. Diesmal waren wir hier in der Ferienwohnungen vom Apartments Drac und waren mit allem rund um zufrieden! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter! "Well laid out modern apartment with good amenities and good resort facilities. Unfortunately a handful of parking spaces for a multi-hotel resort. On site dining was expensive but plenty of options within 15 minute walk. "
