The outdoor space is designed to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate, featuring a 5x2.75m saltwater pool (1.5m deep) for refreshing dips, a well-kept garden with sun loungers, and a shaded porch with a BBQ and a large dining table for memorable family meals. As the home is located in town, there are direct neighbors.

Inside, this recently renovated three-story house is stylishly decorated for comfort and relaxation. The ground floor includes a cozy living-dining room with a Smart TV and an open kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals. A laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also available, along with a guest bathroom.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and AC, plus two bathrooms with bathtubs, one of which is en suite. The top floor features a final bedroom with AC and access to a private terrace with a chill-out area. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
