"Clean and good size room , I had 2 double bed room for myself and my teenage grandkids. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed, great buffet breakfast with variety. Hard Rock Hotel is a family friendly my grandkids love it, there’s also something to do everyday. We travel as family and it’s was 9 of us. Thank you Hard Hotel Bali we had a great trip and a memorable one. Highly recommended."

"Fabulous stay. Great food and spacious, clean rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Laundry service and room service were top notch. If you are a light sleeper or off schedule from the time change avoid the rooms on the south side of the property as there is construction at the property next door. As a solo traveller there weren’t any places to hang out, like a bar, so I spent extra time in my room. Which was fine for me and restorative, but did get lonely. Next time, I’ll bring company. ♥️"

"10/10 absolutely no notes, we loved it and we will be back! The location was stunning, breakfast was delicious, pool area was amazing and loved that there’s a separate one from the beach club. Food options were amazing, especially Dome is a must try, every single dish was unique and delicious."

"I would not stay in deluxe room. I would upgrade because deluxe rooms have no view. I had to pay $15 usd a day for 9 nights to upgrade for garden view. My first room was a blank wall."
