"The property had the wow factor when arriving. Avoid the sat nav as it takes you to the sea and use the map on it to pin the place. That’s because most of the villas are new builds. Nice terrace, pool, big kitchen with all facilities. Entrance had baby cot, ironing board, vacuum, toiletries, washingmachine, umbrellas etc Yes it did rain a little in April, but also had sun. Great fun for family of 6. Clean inside and out. Car parking, and You WILL need a car for grocery shppping"

"Older property but exceptionally clean. Smooth efficient checkin and check out. Our room was charming and well maintained. The views are absolutely stunning. Good breakfast was include and had a great selection of items. "

"There was mold dust on the cutlery and I found a pair of black lace underwear. I had a big reaction to the mold while I was there. Probably because it hadn’t been rented in awhile. We had to drive down into Sesimbra because we were up so high on the hillside. "

"Fantastic location, great ocean view, excellent service, and a delicious breakfast. My only concern was with the shower, which was lukewarm on two of my three nights. When I reported it to the front desk, they explained that it was due to high demand at the same time, but this didn’t make sense, as it wasn’t a busy season. For a four-star hotel, I’d expect a reliable hot water supply regardless of occupancy. Overall, though, a great experience with just this one small issue."

"This is an awesome place to stop for a vacation very close to the beach (2 minutes by car or 15 minutes jogging). The kitchen has plenty of pots and utensils, a gas stove and a fridge. You may also make new friends cause there might be other people renting other rooms. There are many restaurants around and a superstore. We'll stop there again on our next trip to Portugal. "

"A nice villa in an excellent location for all the excellent beaches, but in need of some upgrading. External Walls need painting, some of the bathrooms need updating and the dishwasher and toaster didn’t work. The owners did get someone in immediately to repair the dishwasher , but it still leaked when they had gone."
