"Staff were very pleasant, friendly and exceptionally helpful. The decor in the room was beautiful and it was very clean with plenty of tea making facilities including ‘proper’ mugs and a teapot with tea cosy which was a lovely extra. However the room was very, very small and it did not have any drawers or wardrobe to store clothes (there was a small rail in the corner with four hangers to hang a few items). The en-suite was also very small but it was supplied with lovely White Company...

Sadly the faults I have reported from past stays still haven't been addressed, the broken & dangerous drain cover in the shower is a major slip hazard because it isn't connected to the drain, the steel framed double bed rattles loudly at the joints everytime you move and lastly, the sofa bed in the lounge has a broken mechanism which makes it dangerous to try to put up and renders it useless to safely use as a double bed to...
