"This is a very neat hotel. The room design is cosy and every room is equipped with a spa bath tub. Somewhat surprisingly there is no minibar in the rooms. This was somewhat unlucky because I caught the flue the day before we arrived at the hotel and i needed a lot of beverages. "It is a beautiful and well equipped boutique hotel, large rooms, like being a guest at a mansion. Better than one tends to expect by judging beforehand from website photos (frequently I feel the opposite at other hotels). Eduardo, Macarena, Graciela, Lorena and all others at Antares, you made our stay special with all your attention and kindness. "Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. Pero podría mejorar en algunos aspectos como por ejemplo con el WiFi, no funciona muy bien y si eres extranjero en necesario; Y lo otro que podrían.
