"Smallest room I ever stayed in. When I asked if there was a larger room that we could upgrade to and pay for, since we were booked for 3 nights, I was told that all rooms in the hotel were the same size, even though a sign listed larger rooms at higher rates. Breakfast was mediocre. My wife and I needed extra pillows, and practically had to scream before we could get them by our 2nd night."

"Not what I was expecting. We stayed in their penthouse (9th floor), but the elevator only goes up to the 8th floor. We had to carry our luggages through the stairs. The balcony door doesn’t lock either. The only things I liked are the beddings and the location."

"Fantastic location, excellent staff with great customer mindset, room with functional amenities. Indoor connection to the subway and the dept stores. Navigating back to the hotel from the store is quite a challenge. The signage is poor, especially when the dept store is closed, many signages pointed to closed access. Otherwise, hotel is well situated with countless dining option outside the building, and a nearby laundromat is only 5 mins walk away. Not cheap but well worth the price. We used this as base to travel around the attractions in Busan, using combination of taxi, bus and subway. We also travel to Jeonju using the subway and express bus. Appreciate the superb and convenient location."

"Considerably good deal for the price and the size of the space. The owner and staff are really helpful offering directions to a local supermarket that is open 24 seven and also a fruit stand that has the best strawberries in town. They also offer fried chicken ordering directly to your room. Often times the AC and other tools are hard to use, but they have already created instructions that they will send to you through WhatsApp. This is a great hotel for any tourist that is travelling alone or with other others. However, if you’re accustomed to a more modern aesthetic in a hotel, you may want to book it elsewhere since you do get what you pay for. It is however far better than a guest house."

"I want a great space for the price. I will definitely book here again. There are some challenges with sharing photo ID if you don’t have a local number. Also, if you’re checking in early, you may not be able to get into the room since there’s no staff at the location. I would recommend that you check in at your designated time because they may not have the room ready for you before then. You can however, leave your luggage to the side on the designated space. However, there is no one watching the luggage so keep all your valuables close to you. It’s better to book here than a hotel because you get your own laundry machine and your own cooking station."

"The breakfast selection was very good and varied on both days. Room very clean and serviced by housekeeping daily. A good business hotel that provides what a busy business/tourist traveller needs- clean room, warm shower, nice toiletries, in room fridge, kettle, iron/ironing board, breakfast and 24/7 front desk with reception lounging sofas to wait for taxis,etc "

"Great location but the reception desk located on third floor was inconvenient and the ground floor cafe opened late and closed early. The shower walls need updating and the powder room in our Triple bed unit smelled like cigarettes. If these items are updated, I would definitely return and recommend to others! "
