the hotel may be a little old now I assume, there were some flaws in the room, but everything was kept clean most of the time (on one of the towels were a few stains), the staff was very friendly and the hotel is very close to a metro station, which helps exploring the city

We stay again. The location was fantastic. Only a few minutes walk to the metro, plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. The room was a great size. The only issue was the bathroom - one of those ones where the water goes everywhere!

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this is the first time I’ve been truly touched by the level of service. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and caring, which made my whole trip feel warm and welcoming. The hotel was very convenient to reach by public transportation, and I really appreciated how safely they handled my luggage. The amenities and room condition were spotless and well-organized. This hotel left such a lasting impression on me — I was genuinely moved.

Extreme hard bed, worst sleep I’ve had. Warm floor heating (25C) that’s centrally controlled. Airconditioning didnt help. Room is not logical, wasted space. Black fungus on the windows. Cracks in the flooring, and the wallpaper on the ceiling was tearing

Room was spacious and clean. I liked the minimalist design. The matressn pillow and linen were comfortable. It'd be perfect if they served breakfast (I was told only the weekend) but there are many coffee shops and convenience store nearby anyway. the location is convenient in Seomyeon and very near (350m) from the subway station (line 1 an 2). I highly recommend for first time visitor in Busan.

The room was huge it was fabulous, it was clean, the hotel offered Netflix and plenty of room for bags and dressing area. I personally didn't like the wet room, there was no escaping the wet floor for several hours after using the shower. But understand this is a personal preference.

Very LOW ceilings. Helpful staff

I was shocked that the ceilings were barely over 6’/ 2m high. I am claustrophobic and felt a panic attack coming in. The front desk person refunded my payment immediately and I was able to find another place with no problem.
