"The property and room was awesome. What was not good was their incidentals charges. They charge Incidental charges $50/night that release after the stay ends. I had a two night stay. I NEVER have expenses. Explain to me how a two night stay added up to $232. This was almost as much as what I paid for the room for 2 nights."

"Super disappointed with this hotel. I booked a stay from Friday through Monday for my family of four.
