"If you hadn’t spoken to anyone prior to arriving, there’s no signage to tell you where the apartment is nor is there anything on the confirmation email. Luckily I had spoken to someone beforehand who turned out to be a very nice member of staff. Although four people were booked to stay here there were only 2 cups, no instant coffee so had to go to Costa machine in the Co-op in the morning at an extra expense.
