"Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and it was exactly what we needed. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with easy access to Gatwick South Terminal via the covered walkway, which made for a completely stress-free start to our holiday. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, allowing us to get a good night’s sleep despite being so close to the airport. We also had dinner in the Yokozuna Japanese restaurant, which was very enjoyable and a nice surprise for an airport hotel. The food was fresh, well prepared and the service was friendly. Overall, this isn’t somewhere you’d book for a luxury getaway, but as a pre-flight hotel it does exactly what it’s meant to do, and does it well. We’d happily stay here again before another early flight."

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge

"The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is a huge convention hotel very conveniently located to many sights. The hotel and rooms are well air conditioned and comfortable. Try to get a room above floor 2 and avoid the rooms near the elevator and ice machine. The breakfast is large, expensive and not good at all. There’s a cafe and ice cream parlor on the street level that’s fine. They provide little sleeves of INSTANT coffee and tea in the rooms but there’s a Starbucks nearby. We were befriended by a Romanian woman, Laura (?) who worked in the Primo Bar. Wow, she saved our trip. She should be their Customer Service Manager-if they have such a thing. She’s smart, articulate, and deeply knowledgeable, so find her if you have questions or a problem. Anyway, the Primo Bar has excellent food. Regarding the staff, there’s a preponderance of good looking men who like to say NO and I DON’T KNOW."

"It is a great location. Short walk to shops, restaurants, theaters, train stations, and parks. It was a noisy with people come and go. Breakfast was not great but ok."

"Loved our stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (shout out to Siobhan at the front desk!). We opted for the included breakfast which was delicious (eggs, bacon, sausage, croissants, fruit, beans, coffee, tea, juice). The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. We did travel during the heatwave and the lack of air conditioning in the room was tough to sleep in but the provided fan and requested fridge in the room helped us cool down. The location is excellent and easily accessible via walking and transit. Our room faced the road and while there was some noise from the windows being open, it wasn’t anything unusual for us coming from another major city (except for when England won one of their World Cup games - that was loud and exciting!). We would definitely stay here again when we return to London in the future!"
