Great stay at Smokey Oak Lodge

Great time at Smokey Oak Lodge with our grown children and 3 & 5 yr old grandsons. Really enjoyed the petting zoo just up the road and the grandkids really enjoyed chasing fireflies in the yard at dusk. Neighborhood was a nice quiet retreat from the Sevierville tourist scene

Trip to Sevierville!

We had the best time at the lodge! It was the perfect location. The views are incredible and the lodge was just as pictured. Cozy but spacious and has everything you need. We loved the beautiful Christmas decor. The kids loved the large bunk bed area and the hot tub. We enjoyed the fire pit and had a great night making smores. The host was so kind and responsive to any questions we had. We ventured into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg while there and had a great time. This is the perfect house for your Smoky Mountain Getaway!

Great layout, all the amenities we needed. Areas of the cabin could have been cleaner, ie. Ceiling fans, baseboards... Otherwise, great place.

Great Place To Stay

The house was as advertised. A great place for families. Enough room to spread out and relax after the days activities. We enjoy every minute of our stay and are looking forward to stay there again. Communication was very quick and responsive.

Loved every second of our stay in the cabin!

From the booking to the pre-trip communication to arrival to leaving - the entire experience was top-notch. The cabin was the perfect layout for our group of 6 (2 adults, 3 young adults, and 1 child). Everyone had their own space/room, my husband and I were able to have the first floor to ourselves, and the kids had plenty to do and room to spread out. The bonus was that we were able to bring our two dogs rather than leaving them with a sitter at home, and this was the icing on the cake because it really felt like I was at home since all of my kids and dogs were there in one place. We have visited the area once a year since 2016, and this was my favorite cabin thus far. I appreciate that the owners provide a larger stock of amenities than other cabins do, which meant less packing and purchasing of supplies for me. Booking and pre-trip communication was perfect; lots of communication with all of the relevant and helpful information necessary to arrive without any surprises or issues. We loved the location; while it was a little further north than we normally stay, it was perfect with all of the nearby shopping and dining outlets. You didn't have to travel far to get groceries or a bite to eat. The neighborhood was very nice; while there are other cabins nearby, they are not on top of one another, so you still feel a sense of privacy. There is plenty of yard space for the dogs to run and roam which was also important to us. The cabin was pictured and described in precise accuracy. This was our first time to stay in the area during the holidays, and we loved how beautifully the cabin was decorated for Christmas. It was so comfortable and cozy. We will definitely stay here when we return with the entire family. Also, checkout was a breeze and they did not require you do much which was nice.

Fabulous stay at Smokey Oak Lodge

We can not say enough good things about our stay at Smokey Oak Lodge. Eddie and Mauricio were great. They immediately responded to any questions we had. All the extra little touches with the fully stocked coffee cafe bar to the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers to the extras appliances in the kitchen such as the blender and crock pot. The cabin was extremely clean as well as the hot tub. This is THE BEST rental we have ever stayed at and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tennessee. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautifully appointed Cabin

My husband, 3 teenage children (19M, 17M and 15F) came in for the holiday weekend and our wedding anniversary. This cabin was beautifully decorated, very clean, and very well appointed. We were able to find everything we needed to cook at the cabin. There was lots of games for the children. The beds were comfortable. The view was AMAZING! We had firewood left for us for the fire pit. And there was also a snow shovel and salt left for the snow. Every detail was top notch. My favorite part was the coffee bar! It was all so convenient and very well thought out by the property owner. The only thing the kids had negative to say was they wish there was chalk for the pool table. As hard as teenagers are to impress this is high praise. This has been my favorite place we’ve stayed in the area and would definitely stay again!

This adorable cabin was perfect for 3 adults and 2 children with room to spare. This cabin is beautifully decorated and clean and has practically everything you will need. The owners were very attentive during our stay and kept in touch with us even sharing their phone number to text them with any questions or concerns. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this cabin. The mattresses are a bit firm but good quality. I know some people don’t like firm mattresses so that’s why I’m sharing this. Looking forward to our next stay!

We love this place!

We loved our stay at the Smoky Oak Lodge. The cabin is beautiful. We loved the log cabin mixed with modern decor. The beds are very comfortable. Communication and recommendations with and from the host were excellent. The property location was exactly what we wanted. A very short drive to all the attractions but away from all the traffic and noise so we could relax. We will definitely visit Smoky Oak again!
