OVERVIEW:
This luxurious cabin in in the beautiful community of Cedar Falls, just 12 minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. We have spared no expense outfitting this cabin to the highest quality standards and providing all you need for a fabulous Smoky Mountain Vacation! All of the beds, dining tables, coffee tables and end tables are solid wood, custom made by local craftsmen. We provide very comfortable memory foam mattresses on every bed, with high quality 500 thread count sheets. Cadillac Creek offers a beautiful setting with a large yard, fire pit, and fish pond with waterfall. Community Pool open seasonally, generally end of May through September. Playground and basketball court open all year.

LOCATION: Cadillac Creek is located in the Cedar Falls Resort, which is right off Walden's Creek Rd., near Pigeon Forge. No crazy roads, or steep hills. Easy driving, NO 4WD is required, your regular vehicle will be just fine. Everything is paved. We have plenty of parking on two different driveways. You could fit at least 6-7 cars.

We completed remodeled some extra space into a Mega 50's Style Game Room sure to give your family tons of fun and lots of memories! This colorful room features foosball, air hockey, video game arcade, POOL TABLE, 50's style diner booth and decor and an amazing theater with 15 leather recliners on risers. You'll have high speed internet for streaming on Roku on all TV's so you can sign on to your favorite app.

**KITCHEN MAIN LEVEL**
There aren't many cabins in the Smoky Mountains with a gigantic luxury chef's kitchen like this one! You will be wowed by high vaulted ceilings, the massive granite counters, granite flooring, tons and tons of cabinet space, full pantry, industrial-designed fridge, 5 burner GAS stainless steel cooktop, large dining area with custom live edge pine tables, and bar top with seating accommodations for up to 24! The kitchen has excellent lighting and the entire kitchen/dining/bar and living room offers a very open, large and impressive feeling. And as an added bonus, the kitchen is fully stocked with all you need, you just bring the food! We provide a full pots and pan and baking set, Keurig machine, coffee maker, coffee grinder, french press, dish place settings for 28, every imaginable utensil, griddle, crock pot, immersion blender, and more! EASY ACCESS! JUST ONE STEP into the cabin, and you are on the main floor, featuring the living room, kitchen, dining, the master bedroom, adjoining cabin bunk room, and a second bunk room plus two full baths.

MAIN FLOOR, MASTER BEDROOM: This ginormous room with vaulted ceilings offers a custom beautiful hand hewn pine bed with canopy. We have a super comfortable king sized memory foam bed, 4 comfortable pillows, ceiling fan, a large flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, and an attached bath with large jetted tub, and large walk-in shower. Adjoining this room is a cute cabin-themed bunk room. See below.

MAIN FLOOR CABIN THEMED BUNK ROOM:
Adjoining the master bedroom is an adorable cabin-themed bunk room with log walls, twin XL bunk bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and Roku system. This room has access out to a screened-in patio for outdoor dinners or games! This room shares the master bathroom, or they could use the second bathroom with shower adjacent to the kitchen area.

MAIN FLOOR BEAR BUNK ROOM MAIN:
This room is right off of the living room and features a custom made "bear carving bed" This double-sized bunk bed will sleep 4, and was hand made in Minnesota. This cute room has a flat screen TV with Roku system and access out to the screened in outdoor patio. This room has access to the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink located on the main level next to the kitchen.

DOWNSTAIRS KING BEDROOM 1:
This room features a king-sized memory foam mattress with a custom carved "bear" bed. We also offer a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, Roku system, and access to the backyard and hot tub through a sliding door. This room shares one of the two downstairs full bathrooms, just steps outside the door.

DOWNSTAIRS KING BEDROOM 2:
This room features a king-sized memory foam mattress, with a beautiful wood bed featuring an artistic bear design. We also have a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and Roku system. This room shares one of the two downstairs full bathrooms, just outside the door.

DOWNSTAIRS MEGA BUNK ROOM WITH CABIN DESIGNED BUNKS:
This room offers TWO QUEEN sized bunk beds which sleep up to 8 people. These custom-made bunk beds are built to make you feel like you are sleeping in a little house! They are so cute and cozy, perfect for the young, or young at heart! Flat screen TV with Roku.

BACKYARD:
We have a lovely and large backyard with room for kids to run around. There is a beautiful pond with fish, and a waterfall. You can enjoy the sounds of the waterfall while sitting in the screened in porch, having dinner, or playing a game. Or enjoy our almost new (2018) 7 person hot tub! There is a propane grill next to the porch for your use and the propane is connected to the house, so no worry about running out! Next to the pond is a wood-burning fire bit where you can roast marshmallows or just enjoy a crackling fire on a cool mountain evening!

COMMUNITY:
The community of Cedar Falls is a charming and beautiful community! As soon as you drive over the covered wooden bridge you will feel at home! We offer a community pool (open in the summer, early fall), playground, creek, catch and release fishing pond, walking trail through the woods, and a quaint little tiny church for weddings. The best part is that you will be only 12 minutes or less from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, all the action, restaurants, and Dollywood!

WIFI: We offer Xfinity high speed wifi. All TV's have a Roku system for streaming movies on your favorite apps.

PARKING: Two driveways, round driveway holds 3 cars, side driveway holds 3-4 more.

**RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS**

50% due at time of booking, remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file on the due date.

Minimum age of primary renter: 25

Maximum guests 18 (including up to 12 children or infants)

Non-Smoking cabin - smoking is allowed outside with windows closed.

NO PETS ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Our cabins are FULLY STOCKED with linens, towels, pillows, blankets, full kitchen, and more.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

Full refund for cancellations 30 days or more from arrival.

For cancellations less than 30 days from arrival, cleaning fee, and VRBO service fee will be refunded. No further refund, or change of dates allowed. You may add a night if available.

**CHECK IN/CHECK OUT**

Check in time 4 p.m., Check out time 10 a.m. We do not allow early or check in or late check outs during the busy season (March, April, Summer, Fall and Holidays).

Personalized 6 digit code will be emailed to you 7 days prior to your trip. You will use this code for an electronic key pad on the front door. No need to pick up keys, go directly to the cabin.

**SECURITY DEPOSIT AUTHORIZATION**

On your check-in date, a $300 authorization will be be put on your credit card as a hold. Nothing will be charged to your card unless there are significant damages done. Upon check-out, the authorization will be released 3 days after you leave.
